"The Northern Air Temple"
It was exciting at first, when I thought maybe there could've been more Airbenders. Then, I seen it and was disappointed, and the whole episode bored me.

I frankly liked TGD and I loved AD. Sokka in AD was hilarious, and a welcome light side for the rest of the season, which had a lot of strong things happen. TGD was ok for me, since it kept my attentivness.
TNAT bored me most of the time. I think that Teo's father is annoying, even if he is voiced by a cool actor like Rene. By second season, I had to go back to find out who Teo was........ his character impacted me that much. While its cool he is back for the 3rd season, I could live without him.
Imprisoned............. was my 3rd worst. Haru is just a lame character, in every way. I'm glad he is not really mentioned otherwise, except in the Avatar game.
To tell you the truth, when I first watched avatar when it came out, TBITI and TAR almost kept me away. It was notn till TWOK that I really got anything out of the show.

Prol'ly... The Desert. The ONLY redeeming feature for episode was the moment at the end. Aang was just too OOC for my liking and I felt terribly dissappointed watching it. ...I dunno. I have mixed feelings about it. I liked The Great Divide because of the Canyon Guide (he was funny) and the moment when they were staring at the canyon: Katara: You could just stare at it forever... Sokka: Okay, I've seen enough. i like all the episodes of avatar but the one i least like is the great divide it doesn't have much 2 do wit the over all plot just that aang has 2 keep the peace. but i supose they want 2 put some earthbending in the first season. i like the desert episode, it was funny(wit sokka) it showed aang's angry side and that he's not just a goofy kid i mean he has 2 fight the fire lord so he needs to grow up a bit and losing appa i think helped him wit that. but he was a bit mean to toph she did save their lives.

I can't choose between The Great Divide and Avatar Day. I don't know why but they both seemed more pointless than any other episode

I am going to have to say The Waterbending Scroll. It just did nothing for me and I didn't like seeing Katara steal.

"The Great Divide" 1) Worst animation yet. 2) Really stupid plot. Sure Aang has to learn how to make peace sometime, but wait, he did that in "The Winter Solstice Part One: The Spirit World," and that was certainly better (even if not a better example for Aang being a peacemaker). 3) The resolve was so random and stupid it still leaves me speechless. "Let's use our smuggled in bags of food to muzzle the canyon crawlers then ride them up the canyon to safety." And then they all become good friends not because they see how similar they are (or something nice like that) but because of a really dumb lie. 4) There was absolutely no moral lesson in the story, there isn't always one in Avatar but in this episode, we're teaching kids that lying is okay so long as the result is good.
I might say "Avatar Day" if not for the Rough Rhinos being introduced, learning more about Avatar Kyoshi, and learning that Suki and her warriors had left the island. Without this episode, Suki popping up in "The Serpent's Pass" would have been horribly random.

definately "The Great Divide".. And didn't the Gan Jins and Zhangs go to Ba Sing Se? i was so hoping to see some characters return. After "The Great Divide" would be "The Storm" But "The Storm" told us about Aang and Zuko's pasts.. So i think it was ok..

I don't know why but i really hated "The Northern Air Temple". I hated the people who glided and I thought they were fakes. The temple was destroyed and it ticked me off. I hated how Aang accepted it in the end. But that is completely just me. I don't really pay as much attention to things like voice-acting and animation.

Northern Air Temple was my least favorite. I just couldn't stand the premise. The idea that these stupid people thought they were entitled to destroy the remains of a culture nearly lost to genocide for some trivial luxuries made me cringe away. The Air Nomads were a unique and elegant people and any remains of their culture should have been preserved. It was like something crawling under my skin, I just couldn't watch (well, I did watch it, I just kept cringing). And the end, when Aang is hunky-dory about it. Ugh.
However, I did like Sokka's engineering skills greatly, and I have no problem with Teo as a character, though I'm not in love with him. That's Avatar for you, even my least favorite as parts I like.
Next worst are The Great Divide and Avatar Day, in that order. Because they were inane.

I would have to say Appa's Lost Days. SO BORING..... -dies- Ick, just thinking about it is kind of painful. I love Appa and all, however I can only stand his viewpoint for so long. Luckily the fight between Azula and Suki didn't make the episode a complete waste but it still is a bit painful.

man, i loved appa's lost days. i'm surprised so many people didn't like it.
BUT ANYWAY i have to side with the majority and say that the great divide was a pretty useless episode. the dead leaves animation was cool and all, but when a reference to a movie is the high point of the episode then it's pretty clear that it doesn't have much going for it. plus the plot was so unabashedly cliche. i guess every series needs some filler episodes, but that one didn't do it for me.
