Well, you people kinda said everything I had in mind, except one thing. We all know that the four styles of bending are derived from four different fighting styles. Therefore, I believe that weapons used by benders should above all be native to their fighting styles... Zuko's twin Dao (broadsword) proves this theory, because Dao are used in kung fu. Waterbenders could use a Tai Chi sword named Jian and so on for Ba Gua (airbending) and Hung Gar (earthbending), though I am still not sure if any weapons are used in those.

Battle Shovel - Basically, a shovel. I thought it would be fitting for earthbenders, with the digging and all. The blade is made of durable crystal of the user's choice and the handle is usually made of hardened wood or meal, but some master earthbenders have been known to prefer handles made of pure granite. The shovel blade may be enlarged and sharpened for close-combat purposes. I am sorry but how is a shovel "fitting for an earth bender"? What earth bender digs? They bend, shovels are for those who can't bend

I use a Dao Sabre in real life and i think it would help in all bending I use a theremin in real life and if the greater form of air bending is sound bending as some theorize it is, it would help with that
