WHAT!!*looks back at screenshots* Wow, I guess you're right. Sorry, the reason I'm so freaked out by this fact is that I'M left-handed, so any cartton character that I see IS left-handed, he becomes VERY awesome ;D. Sokka CAN NOT draw that well AT ALL. ;D

Whee! That's right! Aw, I love being different. I don't know how many people have said to me, "Woah, you write with your left hand?" This episode was teh awesomeness. Too bad we must wait another two weeks for the Earth King.

Jet is dead. T-T
Personally, I think Katara should have tried a lot harder to save him. Seriously, that whole poking his outsides and going "I can't do anything"? Not cutting it. TRY HARDER. Borrow Sokka's knife and cut Jet open and heal each abrasion individually, up close and personal. Or, I dunno, USE TEH MAGYCK WATER FROM THE NORTH POLE. (That's what I kept screaming after she tried to heal him the first time. I was like, "So, now it's time for the magical North Pole water! ...Any second now, she's going to remember it and whip it out and pour it down his throat! Yup! Aaaaany minute now... gonna remember the water... yuh-huh...")

I just have one question about that episode, how long did Iroh know that Zuko was the Blue Spirit? Zuko didn't tell him did he?

I just have one question about that episode, how long did Iroh know that Zuko was the Blue Spirit? Zuko didn't tell him did he? He knows because he's Iroh: a wise, insightful, observant, caring old man with the ability to defeat a hundred ninjas at once with his mad dragon firebending kung-fu skillz.

the simple answer is that Iroh followed Zuko the whole way, sucessfully hiding from his student. He also likely had to "remove" one or more guards in the process of infiltrating the base beneath lake Laogai.
This is the Dragon of the West we are talking about.
As crown prince of a militarized nation, he was almost certainly given training in many differing styles of combat and warfare (and yes, those two ARE different) in order to have maximum options when warfighting. this would have included stealth and sentry clearing.
Imagine him in his mid thirties, when he would have a strong base of experience, but still have the physical prowess of a relatively young man. what a titan he would have been striding the battlefield!
Also consider that he is a master of the Order of the White Lotus, which appears to involve at least in part being attuned to the spirit world, which seems to have in the past provided him with valuable insights.
in short, old man or not, Iroh is one of the most formidable beings in his world.
EDIT: I have a thought on what Longshot is doing with his bow when we see him last. He is giving Smellerbee a chance to greive, and to share Jet's last moments without interuption. It's a small thing, but in such times, sometimes a small thing is all one can do.
another thought: perhaps Iroh knows that Zuko is the blue spirit because he helped him create that persona? Zuko had to learn His crazy ninja arts from someone, and Ozai seems to direct a person,a nd too distant a fatehr to be teh one he learned from. yep, my money is that Iroh taught Zuko the skills he needed to become the Blue Spirit.

Iroh knows of the Blue Spirit just from general rumors and chatter, and has probably seen Blue Spirit wanted posters. Blue Spirit is most famous for freeing Aang from Zhao's military imprionsment -- at a time Iroh would know Zuko was in the area. The Blue Spirit is an expert in dual broadswords like Zuko is. So even if Iroh wasn't the all knowing wise-man he is, he would've figured it out.

I just watched the episode a few hours ago and I really enjoyed it. I was sad that Jet died, I wasn't a huge fan of him but I did really fell sorry for him when he had the flashbacks of his family. I'm glad that Appa is finally back with the Gang I was really missing him.
My thought is that Iroh found out that Zuko was the Blue Spirit sometime around "The Waterbending Master" when Zhao starting questioning him he put it all together but just played dumb and waited until Zuko was ready to tell him.
Side note: I loved Zuko's hair it was just so great. ;D
