Now I have a question. Do anyone of you think that the Air Temple might have been built by earthbenders? If you look at the Southern, Easthern, and Northern Temples, you could still see signs of it being built by earth. The Western Temple is probably the most likely, seeing how earthbenders might have been needed to keep it attached to the cliff. Think about it, the temples were built around a time of peace. Meaning alliances between the Earth Kingdom and the Air Nomads might has well exicted. There shouldn't have been no excuse for them not building it. Either that or a fully realized Avatar might have built them by himself/herself. What do you think?

Well, I could see it being built by anyone. Earthbenders would be fitting for the kind of work because, well, they are good with earth. But regular non-bender folks could pull it off too. There are plenty of real life examples that are way more impressive than the Western Air Temple.

Wait, there is something hanging from the cliff? Could you send me some pictures if you can. Anyways, the Avatar world seems to have limited technology doesn't it? How would the buildings be attached into the earth?

I wish i could have voted twice. It's got to be either earth benders or an avatar.

Seeing as Katara described their visit to the Southern Air Temple as "we are the first non-airbenders to ever see these temples . . ." I doubt anyone but special guests were allowed to visit any of the temples. Therefore, it would be most likely the work of the Air Nomads who came to live there . . .
