Just to let everyone know threads that haven't been posted to this year, (2008) have been moved to the trash bin. This was done to clean out CT, and make it easier to find the thread your looking for. Not to mention its easier for the staff to know if a thread is a repeat, and generally easier to moderate the board.
But more importantly this was done so long dead debates could be started again and not be buried 10 pages back. I know many have complained that some of the more controversial debates (abortion, homosexuality, and other very heated social, political and cultural debates) haven't been posted to for a very long time. So if you have a topic you wish to debate, and a thread on the subject is not currently in CT please post it.
Also you may post news stories from your local area, or subjects you find interesting. A debate doesn't require a huge moral, social or political issue. Just an issue to debate that seems worth while.
As always remember any new debates must be DH appropriate. Also remember to read the CT rules and Gran's "step it up folks thread."
