God I miss driving so bad idek. I really want my car next semester. ._.
Calculus was one of my two favorite subjects in high school! :3
But I'm so glad I'm done with the periods and all. I have a different schedule for Monday/Wednesday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday lmao. But it's pretty great. I'm taking 7 classes, and I have from 11am-2pm off on M/W and T, then 11am-3:30pm off on R, and then I'm done for the day/weekend at 11am on F.
I love college.

7 classes your first year? That's pretty intense, Para.
This semester I'm taking Survey of Computer Science, British Literature I, Science Fiction, Intro to Physical Anthropology, and Ancient Civilizations in the Americas.
Yeah, I'm not too sure what I want to major/minor in at this point. Which is kind of bad, but I guess I still have a little while to think about it.

I'm killing my semester off at the local community college (Spring admission to Mount Holyoke =/). Fun times.
Anyway, I'm only taking three classes because that is all I can take as a non degree student - Western Civilization 1, Sexism in the Humanities, and Mythology.
As for major and/or minor? I'm thinking about either Anthropology or Archaeology. Maybe Russian.

My schedule this year is: Biology Calculus Orchestra Physics Government English
I might want to drop Physics, though. I really can't get into the class at all. Opinions?

Sophomore in College.
I love going to class three days a week. MWF. However, I hate getting up at six to get to class on time. Taking History of Civilizations GRW (last one though thank god), United States History to 1877, Latin I, and World Politics. If you couldnt figure it out from my classes What a surprise I'm Political Science and History major!!! Attending Florida Atlantic University.

@empy: I hated physics when I took it in high school, but I like to read books about theoretical physics for fun and I kind of wish I had paid more attention and put more effort into the simple stuff in class. But yeah, if you don't like it and it's not necessary that you take it or recommended based on what you'll need to take in college I'd drop it.
Also I am a sophomore in college and I go to SUNY Geneseo because wow New York state schools sure are cheaper.

@ Paraiba Ocean: What college do you go to? And @ Empty: I agree with Syarafire. I know a lot my friends that got in over their head and took a harder class that they didnt need and ended up with a withdrawal or failing.

Sweet, fellow North Carolineans!
Chapel Hill is an awesome college, and there are plenty of things to do around here. I'm only taking five classes for now, but I'm loving all of them. I'm taking two English classes, a History class, a Psych class, and Calculus.

This is my first semester of college (other than the 35 hours I took during high school), and I'm loving it. I'm taking Chemistry with lab, Introduction to International Studies, Sociology, Trigonometry, and a honors class. I'm done by 12:30 everyday except Wednesday, and I get to sleep until almost 11 two days a week.
