Tenzin should have a son/daughter too that hasn't mastered airbending yet.
Just saying.

^Huh I didn't think about that. I hope that if he has a child, he or she is a prominent character in the series.
As for the Ursa storyline, I just don't see how it'll fit into this. :/ I want it to, but the timing seems off. I sort of wish that the "Where is my mother?" scene never happened in A:TLA. The mystery would still be there, but it wouldn't make it seem like the mystery is going to be explained. Because it might not and then that scene is silly and pointless.

I kind of agree with you... it's like Bryke opened the door for that mystery, but then it's a mystery that won't be solved, or really doesn't have a place to be solved, in this particular arc... But then I suppose that Bryke had that happen ~just in case~?

I think I must be one of the only Avatar Fans who was satisfied with how that scene played out. I felt like it pointed out that there are still things left to do before the happy ending, and that the main characters still have a lot left on their plate.
I think it would be silly to have a whole mini-series based on it, and that it should just be accepted as a loose end.

Meh, we know she's alive. That's all I care about.
I really hope this isn't a mini-series. >_>

What do you guys think of the status of the 4 nations is? We kinda know Republic city but what about the others
(I'm kinda doing this to get out of the Ursa thing)

That's why they said what do you think, not what we know. I think the nations will pretty much be the same..just have bigger cities and more technology. aww I am sad now. It's a mini-series. ;___; *cut*

Well I guess I have to concur as well. I also expect the nations to be relatively the same despite some changes to the world as far as a time jump is concerned.

I would imagine that technology has improved in the nations, but probably at a slower rate than is usually expected in seventy years, since I'm sure they had to do some rebuilding after the war ended.

I'd say that all the nations are a big, happy family (see Republic City) but now it's benders vs. non-benders like it said somewhere. I doubt technology has changed much at all. They probably wouldn't bring modern conveniences into the series, so there's not a lot of room for improvement. I prefer a lack of technology and I hope it stays more like that.

Southern Water Tribe might grow and could thrive as much as its Northern sister, I hope.

^I'm sure the Souther Water Tribe has come a long way, since Pakku and other waterbenders went to rebuild it and it has seventy years to grow. It is probably similar to how the Northern Tribe was, with a less strict culture.
