Okay so I went to go see Transformers just for the sake of seeing this trailer and it did not dissapoint me. Noah's Eyebrows are a bit thick but whatever. Airbending was awesome and Noah's moves were spot on except the last move he did which I don't think Aang has ever done in the series. And that must of been some power the navy has to fling flaming rocks that high. Other than that I loved and cheered when it aired.

I recently spoke with a production assistant of The Last Airbender, and principal photography (actual shooting of the movie) ends next week. The casting was completed in January. My guess is we are going to start seeing a lot of official photography and trailers for the film in the next few months.

Glad to see a trailer. Just hope we don't let the small, insignificant details get in the way of good storytelling. And by the the tone that was set in the trailer, it looks like we're in for some really solid story telling. I have no complaints on anything I saw in the trailer, I've accepted who has been cast, what color they are, and how THICK their eyebrows are. So I'm good.

I watched the trailer online, and I thought it was... OK. Yes, I think we can all agree that the FN ships were pretty impressive, but I was a little disappointed with the voice playing over it all. The dialog was just so... not Avatar. It seemed more fit for a medieval fantasy action flick for some reason. Personally, I would have preferred if they would have played the show's opening speech from Katara over flashes of clips from the movie. But that's just me. Airbending was awesome and Noah's moves were spot on except the last move he did which I don't think Aang has ever done in the series. I'm not sure where I read this (I think I found a link on Avatar Wiki), but Sifu Kisu will NOT be working on this movie. Just another disappointment, and another reason for me not to see it.

He isn't working on it? That's a bummer but Noah Ringer is really good at martial arts so all is not lost, well we know his staff twirling doesn't need much work.

On a random note, I like the part where all the FN soldiers climbing their ropes were blown off.... Very reminiscent of the Northern Air Temple.

I for one didn't think the airbending was all that impressive. It needed more stream lines. Looks more like the force to me. Ah well. The arrow also kind of bugged me.

I thought the trailer was good, it made the movie look like it well actually be worth watching. Everything may not be spot on but the scenery looked great the martial arts were impressive and the fire nation ships looked cool.

Well if airbending the force, then we got ripped off. I want to see Ozai get a blue ball of force energy and a spinning disc thrown at him. Stupid Nick..... always being cheap.

Nah, there were always trails of "dust" from all the airbending. It looked like it should.

Don't you think you're being a little harsh? Sifu Kisu isn't the only one in the world who knows the martial arts in the show. There are many martial artists well versed in one or more of those styles.

Don't you think you're being a little harsh? Not really, lol. Sifu Kisu isn't the only one in the world who knows the martial arts in the show. There are many martial artists well versed in one or more of those styles. True, there are other people who could teach the actors martial arts just as well as, or even better than, Sifu Kisu. However, it's my understanding that each practitioner has their own style and way of doing things. While the fighting may be good, it'll simply look different. I was just pointing out that the martial arts will be different, which is not necessarily good, but not necessarily bad either. I just thought people would want to know if he was working on the film or not.
