I hope this isn’t an imposition on anyone’s time, but I desperately need help. I am a college student in Sacramento, California. For a freshman English paper, I need to research the professional aspects of sci-fi/fantasy writing. One of the requirements is an interview with someone who is a professional or published writer, or is in someway involved with publishing science fiction writing. Anyone who can help me out with a roughly ten minute interview either by phone or online chat will be greatly appreciated. Please respond by the night of March 17th to make arrangements for the interview sometime within the next ten days.
Examples of people I’m interested in interviewing are:
• professional sci-fi/fantasy writers • non-professional/published contest-winning sci-fi/fantasy writers • people who have submitted works to sci-fi/fantasy publications (excepted or rejected) • someone who reps science fiction writers • self-published sci-fi/fantasy authors • anyone who works in publishing or editing science fiction writing • anyone involved in online publication or online publishing including operators of sci-fi writers boards or forums
If you can possibly help please contact Gray at starbird688@gmail.com.

Not going to lie to ya pal, but I think the only sources you're going to get here are fanfic.net writers. . . . . .
