That's such a postive and pacifist thought....-______- Your welcome. COOL, hopefully these people atleast go to jail and have to spend the next 10 years with a man called "sprinkles" / woman called "butch". So you agree?

Well it doesn't have to be monetary, but some kind of way to compensate for his future loss.

Well it doesn't have to be monetary, but some kind of way to compensate for his future loss. I think he should fight for his right to be in the league. Then again, I'm often told that I fight for things I shouldn't but whatever. Or he could go to another league without pussies. [am i allowed to say that on DH?] oh and i don't think it's the GAang. Kohana made it though, so i wouldn't know. I haven't seen a screenshot like that though.

I don't think you're allowwed to say that, but agreed. , but some kind of way to compensate for his future loss. ..............................................I don't think there's any way to do that. Except to give me a bat and set me loose on every person who supported that decision and let him watch. true.

@lil' Cheney (and I suppose everyone, but you made the biggest point about it) -- I think that the problem wasn't so much that his team would always win (after all, he could always pitch for only part of the game and hit/field the rest of the time) but more of a safety issue. The parents were afraid that he'd hit the other kids and cause them serious injury.
And apparently (yes, my source for info is a ten year old so I'm not sure) the league offered to have him play with older kids (11 or 12 yr olds) but his parents were afraid that they would hurt him. Irony, anyone?

uh, actually his team WAS winning all the time. lol
And I understand the parents' concern. They kids could bully him for being younger and such.

He can just play in a different, harder league.
These parents are being f**king mentally challenged

Srsly? Kids need to be told that they failed and they lost and whatever have you. They may not like it, but being told they didn't succeed instills them with the drive to try harder the next time. This boy being barred for being better than the others is the stupidest thing I've ever heard as it pertains to children's sports. He should be allowed to play so the other kids can try harder, rather than being told that "it doesn't matter if you win or lose, blah blah blah." Well let me tell you something, people. It does matter if you win or lose. Your entire life, it matters if you win or lose. If you lose, you try harder for the next time, but if you win, you try hard so you don't lose the next time!
And if you want to get technical, a pitch of 40 MPH is average for a 9 year old. And so what if the other kids get hurt? That's a risk of sports! Parents need to wake the f*** up and get their f***ing heads in the game! Literally. If they did, they'd realize that! I say let Jericho play, and bean a few kids while he's at it. They don't like it, they know how to say "I don't want to play anymore." at 8 to 10 years old. The rest of them, the ones who can take a flipping hit, will continue to play.
