The best thing about this episode was that fake Katara's balloons. Lol, I was wondering why they had her chest all...exposed and had a slit in her fake!Water Tribe clothing that showed 99% of her legs. Don't encourage them!!The play was meant to be stupid so that's why they were all exaggerated so much. Fake Toph was the best.

I feel that the episode was both humorously good and completely horrid. if you think about it, The Southern Raiders and Ember Island Players were both just episodes put there to stall for Sozin's Comet. I mean neither of them really had any meaning what-so-ever. But of course i enjoyed them them because they were freakin new episodes of Avatar!!! haha. lol. I can and can't wait until Sozin's comet. It's gonna be awsome!, but it's the last one EVER. (well i forgot who said it but) this episdoe kinda gave way for the finale to focus on "the ending" so not to have to put all the bonding with zuko and toph and other stuff.

I laughed every time 'Aang' pulled out 'his' glider that was about the size of a ruler. XD

Suki seemed to be agitated at some parts, I don't blame her. I burst out laughing when Zuko and Aang died, I'm sorry BUT IT WHAT HILARIOUS XD At the part with the season 2 finale I said to my friend, "OMG ZUTARA!!!!!!....wait. For some reason I have a feeling I'm being mocked T_____T" XD It was cute with the Toph and Zuko thing, I was wondering when she would bring up she knows his Uncle. The "playwright" made her say exactly what Zutarians have been saying since "The Waterbending scroll". "I've had eyes for you since the day you first captured me." This episode killed (romantic) Zutara in my eyes. It may not be that obvious from the surface, and I may be wrong, but this is going to end in Kataang. This is coimng from a Zutarian BTW. This episode was for the fans more than anything, and it was based mostly on fan's reactions, and stuff we've talked about since season one. In a way it's a tribute to us, and I enjoyed every minute of it.

I am so very hoping that the playwright's "research" and accuracy will be explained sometime in tomorrow night's final four episodes (I still think of it as four eps rather than a movie). I mean, it seems impossible that anyone could know everything that's in the play, it's hard to believe the writers would do something like that and not explain it. Because they've always been so awesome at foreshadowing that sometimes you don't even know it's foreshadowing until the next season! At the beginning Sokka reads that the playwright's sources included "singing nomads, pirates, prisoners of war, and a surprisingly knowledgable cabbage merchant".

Yep, this is the calm before the storm... but I just wish it had come earlier in the season, before episodes like The Boiling Rock and The Southern Raiders. Why? I guess I just sort of felt a little let down by this episode, in terms of the overall feel. It was definitely funny (don't get me wrong), but it didn't quite fit into this part of the story arc in terms of the building tensions, the feeling of a huge confrontation about to come that will decide the fate of the world. Instead of continuing the dramatic trend that started since The Day of Black Sun, I felt like an episode almost entirely played for jokes that came immediately before the entire show's finale was out of place. At the end I was sort of wondering what the point of the episode was other than just comedic effect. We did get development on some of the characters, but only minimally so (with Kataang, and the conversation between Zuko and Toph). I did like this episode a lot, but I just didn't like the timing quite so much. It just left me feeling sort of... empty, I guess.

I thought that it was really frightening that the Fire Nation citizen actually claps and the demise of Zuko in the place, they really have no room for traitors do they..... I guess the road to recovery is going to be very hard, seeing how brainwashed everyone is Well, I wasn't too surprised, to tell you the truth, but it's quite disturbing. But it's also Fire Nation propaganda.

This was an epic win for me. I gave it 10/10 it was a lot better then I was expecting. Favorite moments were... 1.The hair joke. I was dying of laughter when he said that!!! 2.When Katara asked Zuko is he really said that to Iroh and he said "I might as well have." 3.THE TOKO HEART TO HEART!!!!! I didn't expect that so it was a major win for me! 4."Did... Jet just... Die?" I was about to cry! (I loved Jet) 5. When Zuko dies and he is all "Honor!" That was awesome! 6.The skipping the great divid, awesome! 7.The Bluespirit Zukaangness! 8.Katara's "It just gave me so much hope!" 9.Sokka's laughing was awesome!!!! 10.The Sukkaness! 11.When Katara says she is nothing like her character and everyone just looks at her and Aang's just like "Right, sure you're not." 12.Sokka's ending line was awesome! 13.Sokka's "Unless it's the future comment! 14.Zuko's "My scar is not on the wrong side! 15.The crystal cave scene was awesome! (This comming from a Maiko fan.) Okay, so.... I just loved everything about this episode!!!!!

tg: I also laughed at the part when the kid goes up to Zuko and tells him that his scar is on the wrong side. . . . I seriously laughed at it too! IT IS NOT ON THE WRONG SIDE! I also loved Katara's actress with hope and hopefullness! My favorite though has to be Aang's "avatar state yip yip!" I lol'd at that! Seriously I just thought the whole thing was funny but I kind of felt bad for Aang though when Katara said she wasnt sure and the ending of the play was sad because 2 of them die. Oh that better not happen in the finale let me tell you!!

Wait... could play Zuko's scar being on the wrong side be a hint that the whole play is a mirror image, i.e., the opposite of reality? Which means that the propaganda ending is the opposite of the way it will really end? ...As if anyone would really believe the heroes would actually lose in reality. ...Though on the other hand, I've recently been thinking it could end with a kid waking up and realizing the whole series was a dream. Or maybe a story he wrote to impress a girl he likes. Or something.

And also! Sokka made a terribly cheesy meat line back in The Boiling Rock.
It's time justice was served.
