oooh, goodness just page four & this thread has already turned perverted. though what they say is true.
Okay, back to what this thread is about. Yay. Not really. I am usually obsessed with my weight. I don't like starve myself or anything, though I have been known to puke it back up at times. I am 5'4, and weigh 150. That's horrible I am trying to lose at least 10 or more pounds.

^Just run more, binching isn't a good thing. Anyways I may not be "fat" but I don't think I'm healthy. It's weird though, most of the fat is in my thighs and the muscles are in my calves

Yah, don't throw your food back up. Running/hiking really helps. Trust me, my mom's been obsessed with it (not in a bad way), became a new hobby of hers, and she weighs like 120 lbs. now. AND she does not look anorexic skinny or anything like that, she looks perfectly normal.

Not to mention that the stomach acids does some narsty stuff to your esophagus, overall binging and purging is just a bad habit.
To be honest, weight shouldn't be people's focus unless their weight inhibits them from doing everyday things. You can always work to better yourself but it really shouldn't be the focus of your life. Obsession over weight is just unhealthy.

Yeah. That's why I just wear black all the time. Makes you look slim no matter what. That and expresses my semi-hatred for this world. But I don't need colors to express that.

I also learned that walking burns fat too. After about 20 minutes of walking, the fat should start burning.

So, run around the neighborhood laughing like a maniac, that'll burn off fats.

Yeah, and sleeping burns calories too. Wow. This info is really new to some people. Unless people actually think that walking isn't worth it. But you shouldn't drink while eating. It dilutes the stomach acids and prolonges digestion. Unless what you're drinking is really acidic. Seriously, people think that loosing weight fast just means exercise, but you have to exercise AND eat healthy. I mean, just because you eat a half a cake, run five miles, and then eat the other half of cake when you get back doesn't mean you should continue that eating habit even if you run a lot.

I know that throwing my food back up is bad. I'm better than I used to be about it. These days its not every meal, and not every day. It's just some days. I'm trying to stop.
Oooh, I like to laugh. :3 I can probably get some running/hiking in everyday. Especially since we've got woods behind our house, though that's usually where we ride the four wheeler at. lol.

Yeah this summer has definitely made me gain some weight...maybe it's all the Oreo ice cream I've been eating lately... xD It's sooo tasty though, but I have to start exercising after the Avatar Finale. D:

I think another way to combat summer fatness is to eat early.
Eat break at 5-7.
Lunch at 11-12.
Dinner at 3. Followed by desert.
then you have the rest of the day to burn off fat.
