Yes, it seems to have only been a hit last week however. I'm sure it will rebound with the addition of a slice of cheese with every book order. Back to topic, the book was a way open for me. I have spent most of my adult life in the preasence of cheese, of all shapes, sizes, colors and smells. The complexity of Swiss however, piped my interest. The holes that make up its unique look. Its off-hue color.
Rye bread seems to be the only proper match. Pupernickle comes close, but it hold just too much of its own. You see, in my book, what holds a cheese and bread togather is the odd quailties they both share.
What would you say about kraft cheese? Do you think it's good?
