YES. YOU SHOULD READ STORMBENDERS. AND SO SHOULD EVERY OTHER PERSON ON THE PLANET.  So my friend has just started watching Avatar, and she's really into it. She likes the idea of Zutara, but thinks she shouldn't ship it because she doesn't think it will be canon. How should I try and tell her that that isn't a reason not to ship something? I'm telling her that you don't have to ship what you think will happen, it should be what you WANT to happen, but she doesn't seem to get it.  I'm not really sure what to tell her, except what you've probably already been doing: telling her a ship is something you love, fanon or canon, and will always support through to the end.  |

You should have gone in, checked if it was really a Zutara party, then come on DH and told us all to go up to Massachusetts (or wherever) to party if it was. XD I think I might've seen that fanart, before, Madi, but it's still cute. |
