When I put in a link, it comes up as the entire website URL.
Now say I didn't want all that. Say I wanted it in a word, like wikipedia does their links within their articles.
How is that done?
I know it can be done on the site, saw it in someone's sig.

Thank you for asking that. I've been wondering for a while and always forget to ask. *karma* I feel like such a n00b because I post the whole URL and everyone is like "Click me! It's pretty!" instead.

No problem. whatever-mod-is-actually-monitoring-this-board -- it might save you guys some trouble/threads in the future to simply add a list of this and other little Proboards "tricks" to the FAQ thread
