I'm reading Anne Frank: Diary of a Young Girl and unless you live under a rock somewhere in Cuba, you probably already know what it's about.
I'm also reading America: The Book by Jon Stewart. It's awesome, but I probably shoudn't be reading it. It's pretty risque at points.

I'm now reading The End of the Affair by Graham Greene. It's an excellent book by far, as it chronicles the thoughts of a jealous writer on his married lover (Sarah), who, with all her promiscuous and immoral actions, you can't help but love.
But when Sarah suddenly dumps the writer, he hires a secret detective to follow her to find out why. He gets crazy, and I've yet to finish. x3

Hey guys!
What about when you post what you're reading at the moment, you summarize a bit about the book? I think it would help, since others might want to check some of them out (like me, for example). ;D

Right now I'm reading Crime and Punishment for the second time. It's about a guy who murders a lady, and goes all crazy with guilt. It's interesting, but is occasionally hard to understand because of the difference in cultures (C&P is set in Russia). I've got a new Garth Nix book that I'm hoping to start soon--has anyone read Ragwitch? Um...other than that, I'm mostly reading comics. Everyone should read Runaways. It's about a bunch of kids who run away when they find out their parents are supervillians. I wish I could summarize it, but all the awesome of the series involves spoilers....

I'm reading Eragon because I thought the movie was terrible and decided to read the book in order to have more knowledge when I bash the movie. >:3
I have at least 8 other books to read when I finish though *has been on a reading spree*

It's interesting, but is occasionally hard to understand because of the difference in cultures (C&P is set in Russia). Mmmm...I loved crime and punishment...granted I have this thing for Dostoevsky. The first time I read the book I found it disturbing, but in a good way, a sort of shifting of mental gears so to speak. I'm now reading The End of the Affair by Graham Greene. It's an excellent book by far, as it chronicles the thoughts of a jealous writer on his married lover (Sarah), who, with all her promiscuous and immoral actions, you can't help but love. Wasn't that made into a movie with Ralph Fiennes and Julianne Moore? They're both such talented actors. I'm in the middle of at least 10 books right now (yeah, I can so empathize with you Love for Zuzu, and if I worked in a book store I would be broke)...I just made a day of reading The Vampire Armand (part of Anne Rice's vampire series, personally don't think it was her strongest writing, the beginning and end are good, the middle sagged a bit, she just summarized what she had written in other books and threw in what looked like character descriptions from her notes, so I was a touch disappointed, and it's definitely rated at least R...although she had a fantastic way of weaving theology, history and the preternatural). I'm also reading Fagles translation of the Iliad, again, which is about the wrath of Achilles and the ninth year of the Trojan War... except this time, for me, it's post Orlando Bloom/ Brad Pitt in Troy (the movie), so suddenly Paris and Achilles look like them in my minds eye...and I still find my self hoping that this time the end will be different and Hector won't die...*sigh* yes, I'm a nerd. Wasn't Eragon written by a teenager?

He was, like, 16. But now he's in his 20's, and the novelty has definately worn off. Just exposes the semi-talented writer he is. I should start reading one of those Charles Dickens novels...

I should start reading one of those Charles Dickens novels... You should try A Tale of Two Cities. It's one of my favorite books.
