I'm a huge Garth Nix fan, I've read most of his stuff, and own a good portion of them. I'm actually looking at the greatest series ever, well not really but still an awsome one, The Seventh Tower.

o__o I misread the topic title as "Garth Brooks." And it took me a full thirty seconds to realize that this wasn't even the music sub-board.
Anyway, Garth Nix is awesome. I've read the Abhorsen trilogy, and the first three books in The Seventh Tower series.

I've read all six! ^ ^
The fifth one caught my eye, so I wanted to read it.
And the school library has book 3 of The Keys to the Kingdom.

I'v eread the abhorsen trilogy, but not the other ones because I can't seem to find them anywhere. If your local library does not have them, you can request that they buy them! If they will, however, that's another story! (I asked if they would get the Avatar DVDs...we'll see! ) Unfortunately they had only the second or third book from Abhorsen...I hate to read the second part before the first!

Sabriel=t3h shiz Liriel=t3h boring, kinda Abhorsen=t3h still sitting on my shelf
*SPOILER FOR ABHORSEN TRILOGY*
If Sabriel had stayed dead, it would have been perfect
*END SPOILER*
Has anyone else read Shade's Children. I'd have to say that its my favorite Nix book, and one of my favorite of all time

I have the Abhorsen Trilogy, but I havent' been able to get hold of any of the others long enough to actually read them...sad, I know, but with a reading list like mine, ...oi. They are good books, though!

I read the Seventh Tower a series a few years ago, and I was really into it. I especially liked the part where Milla gets the purple fingernail of doom(or whatever it was called). Man, she was cutting up Chosen left and right. It was kind of sad that you know who died in the end, though.

Has anyone else read Shade's Children. I'd have to say that its my favorite Nix book, and one of my favorite of all time Shade's Children... I loved that book so much two years ago. I must have reread it 20 times...I like it the best of Nix's books. The Abhorsen stuff is good, but the last two books were a bit of a let down and Sabriel can't top Shade's Children on its own. I haven't read any of Nix's other stuff.
