I thought Majora Mask was the most innovative game in the N64. I think this the only N64 game have a Radiant AI system which it more life like and it feels so much fun and suspenful then Ocarina. How dare you say Majora Mask is the worse Zelda game, it just Zelda game with a different atomosphere.

They are both timeless classics.

The problem is that people keep on comparing OoT with MM. Let's face it, toping OoT is going to be a hard (but I think Twilight has a shot). If you look at MM as it's own game, it's actually good. I wasn't a fan the first time I played it due to how morbid the story was and how I compared it to OoT. After playing it a second time a year ago, I found the game wasn't that bad. It was good, I felt more attached to the NPC and the story had a sense or urgency to complete. Through not as epic the game is still good. Oh yeah The Bunny Hood is the best mask eva!!
One things for sure, I was dissappointed by how the game ended. I was so expecting the Happy Mask Salesman to be the real villian of the story (if he knew that the mask was evil in the first place than why did he go through such lengths to obtain it). I thought when you got all the masks and subdued the mask, the Mask Salesman would come and absorbs its dark powers for himself. Then it's round friggin two. Alas it did not happen =(

I love Majora's Mask, myself. For the record, the woman from Kakariko who took care of the Cuccos was Anju, duh. Anywho, I like how you could play as each of the four intelligent races of Termina: Human, Goron, Zora, and Deku. And I liked the replayability: it was pretty much mandatory. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that it was kind of short, but on the plus side, there was that little cheat that let you put on the Fierce Diety's Mask before the final battle with Majora's Mask and outside the boss fights.

I liked the game, but it can't be compared with OoT

Orcina of Time was the best and hardest Zelda game ever, no doubt

Majora's Mask was good. However I liked Ocarina of Time better. Both were hard in my opinion.

Orcarina was just so good that any other Zelda game will be unfairly compared to it.

I playes it for a very long time... the only problem is I've never been able to beat it ^^. For some reason worrying about my time running out was just very difficult and it was hard to finish all in the three day time period.

Majora is mixed for me, as on one hand it was the first direct sequal to a Zelda game since the original. On the other side I didnt like the gameplay of it, OOT felt like a more traditional zelda game but majora was the start of the Zelda game downfall... Majora's storyline was alright as yes it didnt involve gannon and saving zelda but on the other side I just didnt like the "capture" idea behind it. Like I said i am mixed on majora.

I like the three day idea. It added a cool twist.

There isn't a game on any system yet, WoW aside, that can compete with the amazing number of sales OoT had relative to the number of gamers at the time.
And OoT got a 10/10 from more than one gaming magazine.
MM, though, is extremely enjoyable; I love my copy, it's the gold-embosses one with the holo-thingy of the picture on the front <3
