rai: I know. But in that, I said the mindset. Some adults are in the mindset of a child, and some children in the mindset of an adult. Saya woke up with no recollection of who she was and where she was from. Therefore, she was from that point forth, raised to be your average 16 year old girl, which one could blame George for, but who could blame him? No one wants to make a girl who looks her age be some kind of demon slayer or impose that type of life on them when they don't even really understand much. Anyway, enough with the spoilers. XD Hm. So what does everyone think about Solomon? Something is off considering he didn't want Carl/Phantom to hurt Saya, both personally and professionally although I doubt he used professionally, but I can't recall the word he used.

At this point I haven't seen enough Solomon to think much about him, though I'd like to see more. I liked how he liked her at the dance.

I think Solomon is so totally awesome. And hot. *shot*
After Saya/Kaori, Saya/Solomon is my second favorite Blood+ ship.

I dunno about any Blood Plus shipping, but Saya sure is cute. Yeah, I watch it now. I didn't in the recent past when it first came on, because The Oblongs were on, but now that it's Shin-chan, I find I can stay up to watch Blood Plus. But yeah, Saya sure is cute...

I said it before and I'll say it again: major props to Saya's English VA for her work in this episode. Seriously.

I kept falling asleep! Not cuz it was boring (cuz it wasn't), but cuz I was tired. I did see some really good parts! Saya's VA does do a great job, RB! I agree!!!

Yeah, cute, major butt kicker and a voice actress who does a great job, I'm practically in love with Saya. Now, if only she were real...

So, did you guys catch Episode 13 Saya finally fought for real. I was surprised at Carl's true form though.

Karl's true form is freaky as hell. I saw him in the subs and he still freaks me out. 0_o
I was a little disappointed that Kai snapped Saya out of her trance, but that's brothers for you. Kudos to his VA as well, for pulling off such an emotional scene when he shouted at her.

I get the impression that Saya has probably gone through this cycle of a long sleep, then waking up and having to relearn who and what she is, several times. And I'd be interested to learn just when and how Red Shield originally got involved with her, but I suspect she was around before the organization existed. So every time she's woken up has probably been different for her. I expect the last time was... well, we can see in the movie what she was like and what her handlers were like. Pretty much all business, which I reckon is why the Vietnam incident happened. I'm thinking that having had a year of relative normalcy this time around, and a family, is going to ultimately make it easier for her to control her frenzy state. Hopefully Red Shield will learn from that and use that strategy after her next sleep cycle. Assuming she survives and all.... and assuming her brothers survive, I wonder how old they'll be next time she wakes up?

Ehhhh.... (spoilers ahead, don't like don't read) Well, technically Saya (and Diva) hibernates for about 30 years, give or take. As I said before, I never saw the actual movie so I don't know what Saya was like or what she was doing prior to the series. All I know is that her brothers seem to be the things that remind her she's human, and I worry for the day she might lose one or both of them.

I'm tempted to read the spoiler but I won't. But as for her brothers reminding her she's human... well, she sort of isn't, is she?

At this point in the series, it's pretty safe to assume that Saya isn't human.

I enjoyed this past saturday's flashback episode. I hope to see some more episodes like that sometime, though it'll also be nice to get back to the present day storyline.
