Who are your favorite VAs?
(feel free to list VG VAs as well if you want)
I just recently realised that I really liked Michael McConnohie's voice acting. (Margulis from Xenosaga, Ryuken Ishida from Bleach, the narrarator from Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo, Ikari from Paranoia Agent)

The guy that does Ed's voice from FMA, Monica Rial, Hilary Hagg I love her as Rosette from Chrono Crusade. Im starting to like Michelle She does a good job with Rukia's voice. Also Greg Aypes I think he has the cutest voice ever.

Since this is in the Anime and Manga section I'll post my favorite Anime VAs
I love the guy who plays Saito in Rurouni Kenshin, Kirk Thornton (his voice is so cool)
I love Dorothy Elias-Fahn voice (Karou in Rurouni Kenshin and Kyone from Tenchi Muyo)
Paul Dobson who plays Naruku + Myoga from Inuyasha and Matrix from Reboot (technically not an anime but still)
David Kaye who plays Sessomeru from Inuyasha, Megatron from Beast Wars
Huge fan of Scott McNeil who can do so many different distinct voices. Let's see Koga from Inuyasha, Duo from Gundam Wing, Piccollo from the original dub of DBZ, Rattrap and Dinobot from Beast Wars, and Hohenheim Elric from FMA

The thing is I love VA's who are multi-talented meaning they can manipulate their voice so well that they actually sound like distinct separate people. There are some who just have awesome voices, but they can only do one voice and one voice only but with me they don't get as much respect as the ones who can do more than one voice.

Crispin Freeman is another good VA. At first I thought he could only do his one voice, but in the Xenosaga video game series he plays two twins, Albedo and Nigredo, but manages to give them such incredibly different voices.

Never really played the game or watched the anime so I can't really vouche but the thing is when you listen to them you can always tell it's the same voice actor. Attitude and acting come with the job, but I think it's amazing when people can do the same thing as a guy who can only do one voice with different voices. Heck I've heard Mark Hamil do a scene where he has a conversation with himself using two distinct voices and makes it sound natural.

Dude I love that guy but this thread was in the Anime and Manga section so I was assuming they were asking for Favorite VAs in Anime.
Another Anime VA I love Paul St. Peter who plays Vicious from Cowboy Bebop and Might Gai from Naruto

I have a couple pages of the links section of my website that are devoted to voice actors, but it's an incomplete list because I just never have the time to finish adding actors to the list, besides which those that are on the list, I keep hearing in new roles and don't always remember to add them (I like to list the roles I've heard them in above the links for each VA). Not limiting myself to anime, some of my favorites include H. Jon Benjamin, Steve Blum, Grey DeLisle, John DiMaggio, Mark Hamill, Maurice LaMarche, Phil LaMarr, Wendee Lee, Mako, Lara Jill Miller, Rob Paulsen, Stephanie Sheh, Arleen Sorkin, Kath Soucie, Tara Strong, Cree Summer, Patrick Warburton, Billy West, Mae Whitman, Chiara Zanni, and... there are many more on my links pages, which I just scrolled down to remind me of these. And there are probably plenty not yet on those pages who I would have listed here if they were....

At first I thought he could only do his one voice, but in the Xenosaga video game series he plays two twins, Albedo and Nigredo, but manages to give them such incredibly different voices. I was going to mention Freeman. It's amazing how different some of his characters can be, but he does a good job. @teko: I think Cree does a good job, however, her voices rarely change. In fact, I can pick her out. It's not that big of a deal though. Um...Tara Strong is pretty popular. She's good. And I definitely agree with Steve Blum. He did a fantastic job with Vincent Valentine from FFVII.

Steven Blum is good, but its wierd how hes casted as both Sike Spiegal and Mugen. Theyre both the main characters, similar in appearance, from animes by the same guy.
