Yes more interaction between those two. Like Kana said. I think I'll have to go with Toph too. It's like a family member said she throws in her two cents every once in a while and then...eh.

I only picked Sokka because I think he has a lot more to be. We need to know some more about him,

I think Sokka has been kept quite shallow and only really used for comic relief.

Toph i mean she barely talks anymore and well yeah so sad but true.....Ty lee and mai if you want to go off subject... I like them why don't we have an episode deticated to them??? arg I hate the fact mai is with zuko....*on subject* Toph sould talk more and really show more emotion maybe a tear or two would be nice. Or atleast a breakdown so us the real toph

of those 4? Toph, her character doesn't grow much at all but then that would be in tended. Personally, overall i think the most undeveloped main character is Azula. Out of all the eps she's been in, there was only be one "growth/mirror" ep for her (The Beach). Even then we really don't know how much of what she said was true or fake.

I think Toph is the most undeveloped. In some episodes it seem as if they just leave her out or they only give her one line. I really hope we see more of Toph before Avatar is over.

I think all of those charcters are quite well develoled.... But I voted Sokka coz he's the one that I'd like to see developed more

Definitely Sokka. The only thing that really changes are his warrior skills. He doesnt change at all in any other aspects. He doesnt really mature much. As for his "I will never turn my back on you" line to Katara in 303, well, Sokka has always been really protective of Katara. Remember the Deserter, where he pinned Aang to the ground for burning Katara?
Toph does develop. She starts of as this irresponsible carefree girl. She gradually starts to grow up, and in "The Runaway" she reveals that she actually does feel sad for the pain she is causing her parents.

I'd have to go with the Ozai and his Angels overall, sadly enough. While we have seen much of the Gaang, Iroh, and Zuko, we've seen virtually nothing of the other four vital members of the cast. We've only seem them as of the present, but hardly anything of their pasts or any growth.
Sokka has a lot of growth, but if we're focusing on recent growth I'd have to say he's very undeveloped, too. Toph as well. The writers need to start spreading the love. Katara and Aang don't need all of it. >_<

Toph! This season has not been nice to her. The could've let her go to school with Aang in "The Headband" or something. They are the same freaking age. It would've been a lot more entertaining. I can just imagine Toph sitting bored in that classroom. ^_^

There was ACTUALLY no point in the headband. It achieved absolutely nothing. People just liked the dancing because of the slight Kataang shipping.

Well from someone who could care less about the dancing, I thought The Headband was an episode to prove that the citizens weren't all bad. That the people are pretty much brainwashed to believe that the Fire Nation was in the right for the war.
That change comes with the children.
Toph being so young, should've been a part of that message.
