I am going with the Great Divide. I think it was good, but we could have survived without it.

Actually, the "Great Divide" was a good breather from the whole "Aang must save world" plot.
We get to see two warring tribes fight and see in their own animations their version of how the fight begain, and most of all, who could resist Aang's version of the deal being just a simple ball game?

I'd have to say The Great Divide, TOBSS, or The Fourtuneteller.
I don't mind The Great Divide, but it really is just straight filler. We got some backstory on characters who we will never (maybe) see again, and we got to see Aang solve a problem. Cute, but not amazing.
I absolutely LOVE TOBSS, but when you get right down to it, it wasn't necessary at all. It was nice to learn more about the characters, and Iroh's Tale made me cry, but it was also a filler.
I never really liked or disliked The Fortuneteller, but they played it (and Warriors of Kyoshi) so much that I really don't like it now. But besides that it is almost a filler too. The only thing we get out of it is that Katara realizes that Aang CAN be more than a little boy, which isn't that important.
I'd say The Great Divide overall.

Three words: The Great Divide (not that it wasn't good but it had nothing to do with the show. but it does show aangs bad side!! the little liar)

The usual... Great Divide, Tales of Ba Sing Se, Avatar Day.
But strangely enough, Imprisoned is absent from all of the lists.

"The Great Divide", the most it did was delve into Aang's role at keeping the balance in between opposing forces.

But isn't the Great Divide where we first hear BA SING SE mentioned?

I don't hate "The Great Divide" as an episode but if you exam it right, there isn't anything that add even a bit to the overall story
Actaully we heard Ba Sing Se in "The Spirit World (Winter Solstice, Part 1)" first

Tales of Ba Sing Se was useless plot wise, but The Great Divide is a close second. I would say The Water Bending Scroll would fit into that category as well, but since both Aang and Katara learned some water bending it wasn't exactly filler, just one of the more boring episodes in my opinion.

What about cave of two lovers? We already knew for a long time that Aang is in love with Katara and besides that they are on their way to Omashu it ands nothing to the plot
tales of Ba Sing Se was great, it was the fist episode that showed Toph doing girls stuff

Imprisoned, The Great Divide, The Fortune-Teller, Bato of the Water Tribe,
Not saying I don't like them . . . they just weren't as important

I'm stuck between The Great Divide and Avatar Day. Appa's Lost Days was kind of unimportant, but not as much as the other two.

Hey, I thought ALD was important! It showed that Azula and her friends now had a way to get into BSS and the intro of the Guru, and Appa getting kidnapped by LF!
