The Shaggy Dog - I just absolutly dispise this movie!
Benchwarmers - It was funny, but it was so dumb, I really hated it, it didn't help that my brother sat their & watched it over and over while he was sick! ><

Punch Drunk Love. Avoid with all caution. This movie was so boring with and very disturbing at times and had absolutely no plot to it. I love Adam Sandler, but what possesed him to star in a movie like this will be a mystery to me as long as I live.
P.S. I'm a HUGE Harry Potter fan and can't wait for the next book and movie to come out! *is so exited* ;D ;D

I forgot to add 40 Year Old Virgin. I did not enjoy that movie whatsoever and it wasn't because of the porn; it was just an overall really stupid movie -.- But I can understand why other people thought it's funny-- I guess it all depends on the viewers sense of humor and tolerance of stupidity.

masterwb: I agree with you. High School Musical: It was cute, but no. Incredibly cliched, the acting was poor, the singing was poorer. No. Just...no. Eragon: It seriously sucked. It was incredibly short, but it felt as though it was being dragged out forever. I was bored by the end of the first fifteen minutes. Over the Hedge: One word: don't. Dodgeball: Eh...it wasn't that good, or funny, for that matter, and for those of you with weak stomachs, beware: there's a lesbian kiss at the end.

The Wizard of Oz holy sh*t, that movie sucks almost as much as the original King Kong. Everyone should stop defending cr@ppy movies just because they are old. Those "classics" would flop critically and commercially if they came out nowadays. If "Wizard of Oz" is the worst movie you've ever seen, then you're a very lucky person.

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone: Loved the book. Hated the movie. The emotion that was in the book simply was not there in the movie. And the Harry vs. Quirrel/Voldemort fight was cheap trash, nothing at all like in the book.

^ Pretty much the only good Harry Potter movie is "The Chamber of Secrets" but not even that was as good as the book.

I know people are like "don't tell HP fans the movies suck" I am a HUGE Harry Potter fan, I went to a Barnes and Noble party and -dressed up- (and I'm almost 18!) for the last book. Quite frankly those movies -suck-. If I had never read the books I supposed I may have liked them. My favorite movies are the second and third ones. I still like HP enough to go see the movies still though.
Eragon- I love Christopher Paolini. I've met the guy, his book is great in my opinion. The movie made me want to commit suicide. I almost cried because of his suckyness. The only thing it had was mildly the same plot and same names. Mostly it was, boy, boy gets dragon, boy gets in fight and has to save the world. Entire plot was changed. That is why writers should never sell the rights to their movie. Go it the right way and write the screenplay yourself like Louis Sachar did for Holes *loved that book movie* [glow=red,2,300]DISNEY[/glow]Please do not judge the book on the movie that is completely unfair and a general insult to all writers who have had their books made into movies. Read the book as I have said the plot is completley changed and if you like I can provide you with a summary of all that is changed. I beg you, DO NOT judge the series by that movie. Read Eragon and then Eldest it will be worth your time(I'm sorry if that sounded harsh.)[/size] I know that looks like yelling but I was just trying to get your attention ^^
Good Girl- Please.....just don't. The guy who plays Mr. Pendanski (Holes) and Delmar (O Brother Where Art Thou) has a full frontal nudity scene.
Barnyard- Unfortunately I'm stuck with the movie because my step-father got it as Christmas present. If I had seen that movie at a movie theater I would have demanded my money back.
Troy- Only go if you like to see Orlando Bloom naked (or Brad Pitt) very close, but no frontal nudity.
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory- This movie mildly amused me. Its not the worst on my list at all. However it compares nothing to the original Willy Wonka (I'm not for sure how either did compared to the book however). That..and this one was just really kinda creepy.
Thats all I can think of at the moment...
I hope we can think this thread nice and we need to remember that this is everyone's opinion (I'm saying this more for myself I think) because several of the movies named I like, such as Lady in the Water, The Village (I like Shaymlan, if thats how its spelled.) I LOVED Memoirs of a Geisha, the book was pretty good too, I also liked High School Musical.
NOTE That is NOT a munchkin hanging himself in the Wizard of Oz. An ostrich had escaped onto the movie set, I'm assuming from a different movie. This is the -true- story told by producers and people that were there.
