femaleairbender: Yes, that's the one I'm talking about. I believe it's actually supposed to be the pilot episode for a new TV series that they're showing in theaters.

In case any of you are interested, I posted a review and synopsis in the "Last Movie" thread.
In summary, it's clearly not a good a "film" as the saga proper, but it's a solid TV pilot. I'll probably end up watching the show regularly when it formally premieres (hopefully) in October.

So, it's probably going to be something like 11-30 minutes long? It sounds like a ripoff. By the way, I like your avatar. (Poor Luke, he fell in love with his own sister!)

(Poor Luke, he fell in love with his own sister!) I don't think there was ever a romantic chemistry between Leia and Luke. In ESB, she only kissed him *shudder* just to get a rise out of Han. Up until the time that the news was broken to her about their familial status, the relationship had been one of just good friends.

That still remains one of my favorite scenes though. xD o8jedi: Yes, I read your review, and that's kinda why I'm thinking I'll wait until I can rent it. I don't want to go spend eight dollars on a movie I'm not terribly excited about.

I've never been that big on Star Wars, so this would be absolutely horrible to me, although I would miss out on the soul crushing aspect of that horribleness. (Poor Luke, he fell in love with his own sister!) I don't think there was ever a romantic chemistry between Leia and Luke. There definitely were some hints, it's kind of funny.
