Not sure where you are, but here it's playing on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim, Saturday lineup (unless they changed it...) but I don't really reccomend the anime. They changed some stuff rather pointlessly, while it doesn't effect the overall plot too much, it does change the growing interactions/romance between two of the characters. If your bandwidth problems get better I suggest downloading the manga chapters off bleachportal.net or stoptazmo.com.

Australia...the only anime in Adult Swim here at the moment are Ghost in the Shell and Gundam Seed...which they've been playing over and over and over...Saturdays are comedy stuff...
My downloading's fine...it's my webspace bandwidth that's been exceeded...hence the lack of avatar and sig banners...I'll go and check it out...

Healing or Reflection would probably be my choice. I haven't really thought of how to summarize the joy of Soko.

Tragedy, to me, would be Oma and Shu.
Hope, for Kataang, because that's what each symbolizes to the other.
Compassion/Healing/Reflection could easily work for SoKo. Just can't seem to decide yet.

^I think it's reflection on Zuko's part, since it's the first time he saw the other side of the war.
Or just that Song and ZUko could represent two paths one can take after suffering a humiliation like being scarred from firebending :continues to pull things out of her Equus asinus: Couldn't find a suitable synonym off of dictionary.com...

No, you're on the right track, Aqua. Zuko did indeed reflect on himself a bit when with her, and really, to look at them both--they're like two sides of the same coin.
It's kind of funny really. She has scars on her leg, which she has learned to move on with, and Zuko has a scar over his eye, which he can't seem to look past.

Not sure what that has to do with anything yet, but yeah? =o
My point is that Zuko makes me think a little bit of Spike from Cowboy Bebop--except Spike's eye is fake. The comparison is still valid though--both characters have trapped themselves in their past.

Not sure what that has to do with anything yet, but yeah? =o Song can move on because her scars aren't the constant reminder Zuko's is. She doesn't see them every time she looks in a reflective surface or have to deal with peoples' reactions when she meets them...like Zuko does. They also weren't inflicted on her by someone she loves...

Yeah, that's true---the point it still the same though--he cannot let himself be trapped by it forever if he is to move on and frankly, if he wants to survive. As long as Azula can manipulate him with his traumatic experiences and whatnot, she's going to lead him to the slaughter. =\
