I vote ALL of them. Aang let go of Katara, Katara got angry at Zuko, Aoph because Sokka is all worried about Suki and Ty-Lokka because Azula gang and Aang Gang are worst enimies.

Zutara was hurt pretty badly. So was Kataang. It's kinda a tie.
Zuko's not going to stay with Azula for too long. If you saw the last scene, you notice he didn't seem to be believing her. Plus, he feels bad about betraying Uncle. And, I'm not just saying this because I am a Zuko fan. I am merely stating the facts as I see them.
Kataang faced some pretty hard blows. Aang has to give up Katara in order to save the world. Classic idea. It's been used plenty of times before. Usually (key word!) the main character gives up love to save the world and finds new love unexpectantly. But, this being a kid's show (as much as I resent that name), the Creators might figure out a way around that. I don't know.
Most of the Sokka ships were hurt. Sokka's involved with Suki (turns off Toph and Ty Lee) and we don't know what happened to Suki. My guess is that she is still alive. Azula wouldn't want to get her hands too dirty.
I can't tell whether Taang was hurt or not.

I don't agree. Just because Zuko doesn't seem to believe her, he really wanted to go home. I was a Zuko fan (not fangirl) before the finale, but I've receded my assumptions and judgement and become a neutral bystander.
Zuko cares about his honor and what his father says, even if his father doesn't care about him. He wanted to go home. Now, I predict Zuko remaining at the palace and everything, but from there on, his actions with Azula, Ty Lee, Mai, Ozai, Iroh, etc. will be creating a different sort of side of Zuko. We'll see more turmoil and the moment of truth will occur when he finally makes his true decision at the "crossroads" of his destiny.
I don't think Taang was even given a look or anything. It remained neutral throughout the finale, I think. The main focuses were on Kataang and Zutara, I think.
The only Aang ship damaged was Kataang.
Unless you're counting on something like MaixAang or AzulaxAang.

As I said. Taang remained neutral through the finale. If you notice, Aang wasn't so bummed out about having to give up worldly attachments to Toph, but instead Katara.

You people would like it to be Zutara but really the ship that was harmed the most was SongXZuko. It's sole basis was Song's reaching out to touch his scar and Zuko's expression after seeing the scars on her leg. Katara not only touched the scar but Zuko let her and he said he was sorry after hearing how her mother died.

Sorry, that's a hard one to swallow. Taking the shipper glasses off while you look at that scene will actually reveal Zuko's growth as a character--to open up enough to let someone mess with his scar and to say 'I'm sorry'--Song started this, Jin furthered this, and Katara furthered it more--it made it all the more dramatic when Zuko went mentally challenged on us. XD
Zutara still comes off as the ship most damaged, as I can't see Katara forgiving Zuko anytime soon.

This was a shipping question not one about Zuko's character growth. From a shipping stance, there is nothing to connect Zuko to Song anymore. The emuhorse is gone and he has had far greater and more poignant connections with Jin and Katara. Even if Katara does not forgive Zuko immediately, it does not mean that he will not think of her.

Just when Katara was about to start trusting Zuko, he sided with Azula ended all of the trust and any kind of potential bond they were about to form, and since he's on Azula's team that means he's also on Mai's team.......
So yeah, it's no question Zutara was hurt the most

Katara not only touched the scar but Zuko let her and he said he was sorry after hearing how her mother died. Hmm, like inuyatta, I think the scar touching was more to show how Zuko has grown. If he and Katara had somehow had been in a similar situation at the beginning of the season you think he would have let her touch his scar? I sure don’t. With each character he meets one-on-one (Song, Lee, Jin) he opened up more, and his time with Katara was simply a climax of that. ‘Sides the fact that Zuko let Katara touch his scar doesn’t take away from the other fact that Song was the first person to get through to Zuko. All that said, not to be “zomg biased!1one” but I think Zutara was the most hurt. Zuko indirectly nearly killed Aang, not only the person who is the last hope for the world's salvation but who is also her best friend, and that is a lot to forgive.

1. Song wasnt the first to get through to Zuko. She was the first to want to get through to Zuko.
2. Everyone seems to think Zuko's actions in CoD are unforgiveable. Why?
