Chibi removed the red-ribboned message from the container on the hawk's back. It appeared to have been sent from the pavilion where the toga party was being held.
"What's this?" she wondered. "What could possibly be happening that would merit a red ribbon?"
Breaking the seal on the scroll, she opened it and was surprised to read a Dai Li report on the conduct of some of the young people still at the party. Apparently some inappropriate things had been happening, and it was time to send a warning to the participants that if they wanted to keep the party going all week, they'd have to tone it back down to the level of public decency.
Chibi shook her head. "They've had their fun, and if they want to keep having it, they're going to have to follow the rules of the park."
She dispatched Teo in his glider to skywrite a message in smoke above the tent where the party was being held.
"Please let them know that they need to help keep each other in line, and that they want to represent their ship well. Thanks for doing this on short notice, Teo!"
As she waved to Teo, she hoped the partygoers would get the message and throw out the cactus juice in favor of a better form of fun, so that she wouldn't have to send over a sterner message with Sparky.

'The Airbedners 'dissapeared' because I LOCKED THEM UP! Mwahahahaha!" Addit runs away like the crazy manic she is...
