MJ looked at Kai confused, "... I ... I didn't say anything though..." MJ had no clue what was going on, so she just watched...

"Well..." kaibasgirl looked shifty-eyed for a minute before pointing and saying, "Oh my gd, look MJ! It's Sokka stabbing Suki!"
The second MJ's head was turned, kaibasgirl quickly disappeared.

Maylene, dressed in a midnight blue floor length gown wearing a mask that resembled a butterfly, resisted the urge to run; wondering if she was late. Her waist length hair was free from any binds that night. She entered the castle from one of it's many passages and soon found herself where the party was. She felt like she entered the Twilight Zone, and quickly walked over to where the girls stood, chatting but not before waving at SkyE. "Hello," she said quietly, sneaking up on them.

((hahaha not for long, daydream! I've got finals coming up this week, so I'm not going to be able to get online as much as I like, and we're all running the show here, I just come up with some of the ideas))

O.o MJ heard the conversation between Maylene and Kai. MJ didn't want to dance with vampires, and seeing as Skye was occupied, turned to the only other male not dancing.
She looked nervously back to where Kai and Maylene had exited, knowing she shouldn't even think about going near Sokka. But the idea of dancing with dead people... or Sokka... there really was no contest.
So she sneakily (word?) and slowly scooted towards Sokka. She wasn't very sneaky as Sokka kept giving her wtc looks, but nevertheless MJ pushed on. She took the final steps towards Sokka and asked, "So... uh... wanna dance?"
It seemed he was about to say yes, until the other girl cut in quite sharply. Azula glared at MJ, not wanting to be left awkwardly alone, and stole Sokka away.
MJ pouted, knowing Kai would make her dance with a dead guy. Her only hope was that at least he might be cute.
(as for if they start dancing, or how or what, I shall leave that to you)

((LOL Sokka or dead guys...that is the question!))
Sokka blinked as Azula stole him away.
"Hey, what was that about?" He asked her, bewildered.
"Nothing. Let's dance."
"But I think that girl wanted to dance with me," Sokka answered, looking back at MJ who was looking really sad.
"Exactly. Now do you know the dance to this song?"
Sokka scratched his head. "Uh...no, not really."
Azula looked over at daydream and SkyE who were dancing together. After observing them for a few minutes, she said, "I think I have an idea of how this is supposed to go."
Sokka followed her gaze somewhat nervously as he watched daydream dancing like a pro. "I'm not sure copying them is such a good idea...those steps look pretty hard."
Azula glared. "Well what are we going to do, just stand around here all night long?"
Sokka looked around noting all the escape routes. "Okay, I guess we can give this a try."

MJ watched as Azula took Sokka away. She pouted, knowing she would have to dance with a dead guy, but at the same time was kind of happy that they were dancing together.
She stood there for a moment, then turned to walk back towards the corner to await her pending doom with dead dudes

Sokka grinned at Azula, "I thought Fire Nation doesn't dance? Didn't your father forbid it?"
Maylene looked at Kai weirdly, "Vampires?" Why would they search for dance partners where once searches for vampires? Realization hit her, "Oh my gosh! You can't possibly suggest we dance with the dead, can you?" she quickly composed herself and answered her question, "Graveyards?"
