What do you think of Sokka and Azula working together as a team on something? Cause I always thought they would be quite a force if they had to come up with strategies and the like.

I think they'd annoy the heck out of each other at first, but eventually they'd reach some kind of peace and find they actually work together pretty well.

Pretty much, RB. They'd only annoy each other because they're fairly alike. Two stubborn, witty, sharp people in the same room is quite a show. XD  But what in the world would they work together on, in the current canon timeline? Azula's not crossing over anytime soon, and neither is Sokka. So I guess it'd all be post-Black Sun, really... Like Azula's in exile (if she doesn't die. Eep.) and she runs across Sokka a year or two later. I guess she runs a school for all of the misplaced Fire Nation folks (Ozai's follower's kids, haha) and Sokka happens to visit. Hmmm... But! With out wonderful Sokkla sketch, maybeh they will be working on something together. Manipulative Azula always has something up her sleeve. Bet she's giving Sokka an ultimatum, poor guy. Maylene: There we go! Dead on! @para: Yup, Cat runs a Sokkla community. It's picking up, slowly but surely. |

LOL. Beauty and the Beast, eh?
Somehow I see that fitting Sokkla better then Zutara. Except Azula would be the beast and Sokka would be beauty, and that just sounds screwed.

The story "The Princess and the Pea" always reminds me of Sokkla. I was going to turn it into a Zutara story for my friend Lady.Meister., but RB convinced me to turn it into a Sokkla story.
Which, I admit, would be much more funnier and wacky and better.
But Téa! switched gender roles are always fun! And if it works, all the better!

@kaiba: No, and all I can do is grin crazily and put it in my faves. ^_^ That's awesome.
Your vid, Maylene, is great. It's not for those who don't listen to the words of the song, because if they don't they'd think it was all over the place, but if one pays attention to the words and the clips it all goes perfectly.

Shinigami-chan, basically, the princess and the pea is a story about a princess who's used to the finest things in life, and she can't sleep on anything but sheets of silk and the like. She's so sensative, that if you would put a pea under her mattress, she's feel it.
The rest of the story, I only know the version written by J. Levy (you know, authoress of Ella Enchanted), so I don't think it's accurate. Sorry, maybe daydream-chan knows, cause I haven't read fairy tales in like...a long time.

Well, depending on who the princess is, it could work. I can see it fitting Azula, cause she's an actual princess, and she's used to the finest in life.
Then again, if daydream-chan switches the roles, it would be hilarious to see it happening to Sokka. I could just see him acting like a spoiled rich prince! XD
Sokka: A pea?! You put a PEA under my mattress?!
Servant: I-I'm sorry prince Sokka, we had to for the story!
Sokka: Do you know what a pea can do to me?! It ruins my beauty sleep! How dare you!
Servant: I-It was for the story!
Sokka: That's no excuse! Off with your head!
Azula: It was so you can meet me, you idiot.
Sokka: Oh. All is forgiven then. Just make sure you have the pea burned and cremated before nightfall!
Servant: Y-Yes your highness! [runs off, mumbles] why do I always get the morons?
