Kataang Shipbash Dance Party 12/1

femaleairbender sipped her tea; it really wasn't all that bad.

"Alright, purplejay," she decided, "if it's real juicy, tell us." As long as it's not anything R-rated, femaleairbender added silently.

[Purplejay]

Purplejay accepted the tea and took a small sip.

"This tea is great! But that's beside the point."

She smiled and put the cup down.

"And anyways, I might be making a big deal out of nothing, but... here goes.

"I walked in when Aang was waking up. (Perfect timing, no?)"

At this, most of the listeners rolled their eyes.

"Hey, hey, I'm not done yet! Anyways, Katara's face was the first one he saw. She asked him if he was alright, and he didn't say anything.

"At first, I thought he had gone back to sleep, but I looked and he was sitting up, looking at her. He had this smile on his face.

"He said it was ironic that he had been unconscious at his own party, and that he was sorry that she had to help him instead of enjoying herself... but then, she said that she would do anything for him. She couldn't enjoy herself otherwise."

A sip of tea, then she continued.

"He looked at her like she was crazy, but she just sat down besides him and put an arm around his shoulders. Cuddling him. Awww..."

Purple cleared her throat.

"And he said that there was nobody he'd rather be with tonight. And he hoped that she had the time of her life today...

I ducked my head down, because they were looking straight at my hiding spot. A second later, they were KISSING! It was short, though, and I barely missed it.

After that, Aang told her that he would be fine. He told her to go outside and dance, and have fun. He's going to meet her outside in a few minutes, I think."

Purple gulped down the rest of the tea and waited for the group's reactions.

"Anyways, after this, I'm going to see if they do anything Kataangish out there."

"Alright!" thelastavatar cheers, and holds up his glass. "A toast, to our favorite couple! Katara and Aang!"

[Purplejay]

Purplejay laughed. "That's the spirit! But... I need more tea!"

Abby had dozed off, arms across her chest, head tilted back on the chair. She woke up with a grunt, rubbing the sleep from her eyes in time to hear what purple said about Aang and Katara. "Awww, they're soo cute," the girl said in her groggy morning voice. She cleared the lump from her throat. "Can I have some tea? I just woke up from a nap, I guess..."

Outcastprincess walks back in at last, having gotten lost on the way to the grocery store to buy some milk. Realizing that the drunken moles must have gotten the rest of the spiked punch, she hands a glass of non-spiked drink to Abby, who has only recently awakened. "Here you go, I think this should be safe." she says. "Hmm, I wonder if anything else Kataangish is happening out there? I would check, but I only just got back." she laughs. "At least by the time I got back, most of the alcohol had worn off!"

Abby is busy stretching her arms upward when outcast offers her some non-spiked drink. "Thanks!" she says, eyes glowing with appreciation as she takes a long sip from the cup. "Well, if you wanna know what happened," she began to fill outcast in, "Aang and Katara had one of their 'moments' in the room that Aang was sleeping in... ask purplejay, she was the one who saw it."

Liz woke up just in time to hear Purple's story, "Way to go purple!!" Liz says as she takes a sip of her now cold tea. She wishes she could have seen what had happened but hearing the story was good enough.

After sharing a toast with everyone at the table, thelastavatar went to the room with another bottle of Iroh's Famous Jasmine Tea. Softly knocking on the door and getting Katara's acknowledgement, he opened it slightly and left the bottle there. As he left, he heard her quietly say thank you.

Heading back to the party, he decided to play some upbeat music

Holier walked back in to the party drowsily. Hearing the others talking, he slumped over to the group. *Yaaaaaaawn* "Anything new?". After being relayed the story, Holier lit up for the first time since his battle with alcohol. "Yes! That's what I was waiting for. Are they still in there? Maybe we should, uh, "check up" on them."

Grinning devilishly, Holier's newfound burst of energy faded. His eyelids suddenly drooped, but he stayed awake at least.

femaleairbender grinned at Purplejay's story. "That just like Aang and Katara!" she commented, drinking her tea.

Kataang ran as fast as she could to the party. Whjy am I late to every party I go to? She got to the building and leaned against it to catch her breath. Kataang took a few breaths and headed inside. She saw femaleairbender sitting at a table and went over to her.

"Hi, femaleairbender!" Kataang greeted. "Did I miss anything exciting?"

"'Sup, Kataang?" femaleairbender replied. "Purplejay just told us what Aang and Katara were doing in their room after Aang passed out from drinking cactus juice."

After hearing Purplejay's gossib, Zenjamin held back the urge to make a visible gagging motion, and settled for rolling his eyes.

to the table in general:
"Look, that sounds like a very sweet moment between them, and i consider aang a very lucky guy for what he shares with katara. But when verbalized as gossip, a moment of love can become gagable fluff"
further, I an a Guru in training, and after consulting the Bhagavadgiitaa, i think It would be immoral of me not to tell The avatar that his privacy was infringed upon.
