Keep watching until it hurts! You mean like watching it as much times as Nick played 'The Deserter' re-runs?! 0.0 XD It wasn't a bad episode. Definately not going to be the best/most popular episode in the entire season on the polls once the others start to air  but definately entertaining. Again Sokka is really rubbing off on me. Without him the humor would rely on Aang's "nevous condition" or as the fandom has dubbed "the Ashley Simpson dance" XD However, with CM starting his mission things are bound to get...interesting. |

Again Sokka is really rubbing off on me. Without him the humor would rely on Aang's "nevous condition" or as the fandom has dubbed "the Ashley Simpson dance" XD Sokka was hilarious. I totally love him and his humor, it's the best. Every time I see him, I think about the conversation we all had last Catacombs, about how a Sokka/Zuko friendship would be the start of Zutara.  |

Its not so bad. Just imagine that Katara will meet Zuko again. And take it from there. Or, manip the dance and put Zuko in Aangs place,and I'm sure someone will do eventually |

Sokka was hilarious. I totally love him and his humor, it's the best. Every time I see him, I think about the conversation we all had last Catacombs, about how a Sokka/Zuko friendship would be the start of Zutara. XD Sokka and Zuko friendship FTW! Those two interacting would be the perfect remedy for a rigid and stale Firenation  More character interaction among characters who haven't had as much screentime interaction has been on my wish list since season 2! Move over Katara/Aang & Sokka/Toph and lets bring forth some Katara/Sokka & Toph/Aang interaction this coming season! And perhaps by a longshot we'll be able to see some Fashiko and Sokka&his belts/bags xD arguments or something which would lead to the brother trusting the future brother in law. By the way, did anyone love the name Sokka choose for "his wife!" Saphire Fire=Blue+Red=ZUTARA! LOL XD (<...only a joke by the way, folks. Don't look into this much) |

Actually on second watching on the big screen the gaggy parts weren't bad at all. And my seven year old niece laughed really hard at Zuko's big romantic line. I guess that was the age group they were aiming for. But even the shipping stuff wasn't as intense as it seemed to be on first viewing. So no, my electronic devices are safe as of now. The hair in this episode was excellently done. Onji's do gets a serious thumbs up from me. And Katara's is sublime. All of Sokka's hair is wonderful. Zuko could use a comb and so could Toph. @feng: I like your name connection. I don't think they're nuanced enough for that though. But we Zutaran Zombies are and we rule! EDIT: I just took the whole spoiler out. I can't seem to get a handle on the spoiler tag. It never works for me!  |

Okay I'm going to try a spoiler. I make people mad when I point out that Katara actually pretended to be Aang's mother in this episode. There really is a spoiler in there so don't get mad. What elements would they bend (if any)? I'd say water, just to be totally ironic with the fact they'd be princesses/princes of the FIRE Nation.
Katara should have triplets I've decided. -jots that down for future fic-

The Waterbending Master was on today and I'd like to point out that Water Tribe guys are really ... pretty great looking. So if they have kids, I hope they take after Water Tribe guys. Although some Fire Nation guys can be attractive ... it seems pretty across the board for Water Tribe. |
