Im in charge of the spoilers for two latin forums about avatar, and Im very careful about info, I have gained good people of confidence, really neutral, for that stuff...
And that "spoilers" are not of my confidence; too many personal opinions and nothings of facts, epis, or something that can justified that...
Its just a thing that was mean for the kataang, maiko, whatever spirit that was taked as an spoiler...As sometimes we do with Zutara...
Only that we are more of maintain our cool in theories and analysis.

That would make me really love the movie and probably become a huge M. Night fan. I'm about as far from and M. Night fan as you can get (although I did like his first two movies), but he would actually pull himself out the hole for me if he convinced them to do a twist. Must say something about hair!!! Did you ever notice that in the first season especially they made Zuko's hair red. Not like auburn or a natural red. Just ... red. I guess it was supposed to be reflection but even his eyebrow was red.

Zutara hair...I think I draw it pretty good. I miss Zuko's ponytail. That's why I keep drawing it in my art. Oh yeah, you do. XD Everybody draws better than me. *sniff* ponytail... (lol, it's late. I'd better get to bed before my inner Zutarian takes over.... too late.) I think the ship would embody the ideals of the show, too, but that's only because I'm assuming I know the ideals of the show. XP It's thrown me for such a loop lately, I really don't know... And I hope viacom doesn't have their finger in the pie too much ~ I'd really hate if the storyline bent to corporate pressure. So, hair, uh, reasonably superficial and changeable, kind of frivolous and sensuous, nearly completely kept for aesthetic purposes only. . . but a higher tensile strength than nearly any other substance. ;D

This show takes much care in what is the brightness; they make different light i different places, and for each different nation and village.
For that reasons sometimes we see Katara'eyes more clear, Zuko's hair brown, his skin white, and her skin not so tan as in other moments.
Sometimes they get too dark in whats the light (the dark XD)---- And its pretty original in a kids show. (lately I doubt in to call it like that)
(I go to sleep guys, its really late)

Rocio: I do think Katara and Sokka are looking lighter then they should be while in the Fire Nation. I mean just compare her skin color in say, "The Heaband" to our famous "save you from the pirates" pic. Its wierd. Zutara hair.... lol Um, I've always loved Zuko's hair in Zuko Alone. Favorite style. (Is my post hijack-proof now? >>) Ok, so I wasn't in here for like... most of this week. *is a bad General* But I was wondering if someone had brought up the obvious parallel btwn Katara/Hakoda and Zuko/Ozai. I read an essay on DeviantArt that brought up two good points about it. One, the whole comparing father/child relationships may be setting it up so that Katara and Zuko have a talk about fathers later. Who knows, she may even be the one to finally smack that sense into Zuko's head about Ozai. It'd be awesome. Second point, in Katara's conversation with her father she mentions how she doesn't know why but she feels "so hurt and angry". Now most of us may have assumed she meant at her Dad. And she certainly was showing anger to him in that episode. But thats just it. Everytime before this, like all of season one or in the beginning of "The Guru", whenever her dad was mentioned she was always nothing but ecstatic. What hapened btwn the beginning of "the Guru" and "The Awakening" then to make her angry and hurt? MAybe it has nothing to do with Hakoda at all. Maybe he is just the venue her feelings are taking and the hurt really has to do with something else? Like, oh I don't know... being betrayed by a certain firebender, maybe? Ofc, Katara isn't acknowledging that and so she "doesn't know why" she feels that way. Just a thought. And not even my thoughts. lol I think they are from MizSweet on DA. *goes to look for link* EDIT: Found it. mizsweet.deviantart.com/art/Exploring-Season-Three-65536291 The whole thing is kinda long, but the pertinent part is titled "You guessed it: I love you Daddy! (times two)". lol

I saw that essay too, Alleluia! XD It's the best analysis I've ever seen, and it keeps my Zutarian mind going even with all this material that goes to the contrary. I would LOVE seeing them talk about their dads, because they've already broken the ice about their mothers. They haven't melted that big wall of ice yet, but then again, it does take a long time to do that, LOL! (And punching through it always helps... ) PS--I dub Power our official Shipping Sister from Another Mister. XD

Well we know that Katara's mom is dead, and we're not sure if Zuko's mom is dead or not. But I remember when in "The Awakening" they showed them with their fathers back and forth. Its to obvious that they're trying to prove something here.

I wonder if M. Night is a zutara fan. I saw part of his interview with the creators and he said he was a fan of Zuko. It would be great if he was also a fan of Zuko and Katara getting together.

I'm back. And boy do I have a Diet Sprite hangover. My yesterday would be a nice model for how this season should go. Start out knowing things are going to be hectic. Get through the most exhausting part only to be blindsided by something that makes you cry for an hour -- until you're a wet noodle -- then everything works out but in a way you didn't expect.

O.o What made you cry? (Not with the hair again, maha; we've been over this. See, how it works is that even though the ponytail is cut off, it can still grow out and everything's fine again, see?)

^^ Unfortunately it wasn't about hair, although I do need to get mine cut and I just don't know when I'll have time. How did Aang have time to shave his head every day? And Sokka? And Katara's complex do? Zuko had the right idea. Once you don't have your fancy help just go shaggy and be done with it.
But the end of the story was that everything worked out. I was just on a roller coaster for most of the day and that's how I'm envisioning the season. A roller coaster.
Rocio: I hope you're right, but at this point I'd just like to know if it's not going to happen so I can sit back and heckle. It will be my right I think, as a shut-out fanon shipper, to amuse myself in this way.

Personally, when I listened to the podcast, I don't think they flat out said 'It won't happen so stop shipping it'...it went more along the lines of, 'Zutarians, don't be disappointed if there's no Zutara...none..*random chuckles*'. Given that it was from the biggest diehard Kataang on the planet, I wasn't entirely surprised that he'd word it that way. XD What I do know is, if there is a moment in between the telling of a story series that makes things look grim for the good guys, it is only meant to make the payoff bigger in the end when love and goodness conquers hate and evil. This is why I was bawling my eyes out at the end of 'Deathly Hallows'. If the same thing happens to me at the end of Avatar: The Last Airbender regardless of who marries who, I will consider it all time well spent.

Yah but so far I haven't seen a single sign of Zutara anywhere! So what makes you think that they'll show anymore! Most of the signs we're seeing are Maiko and Kataang! I don't have a problem with Kataang. But Maiko is just to gross of a ship for me to sail! Yuch!

I heard some more information that since Katara was bitter during the Catacombs and during that time they have a bond. But then the fight, their bond kinda erased. That will mean she'll be more bitter to Zuko the next time they meet.
