Hmmm, maybe it will be a kiss on the cheek, but I'm hoping for a deeper moment then that.

I don't know what counts as a deeper moment, but something like a meaningful glance or just one last lingering hug.

A kiss on the cheek could be meaningful too, I know the other ones weren't really, but maybe this one could last a bit longer. Like Katara gently takes Aang's face in her hands and kisses his cheek for longer than two seconds lol. But I'm sure there'll be hugs too, what I'd really like to see is the two of them just sitting quietly and holding eachother until they arrive at the invasion point.

i like the idea that aang gets jelous of the time katara and haru are spending together. and either katara confronts aang about being sulky or aang makes some snide comment about haru being kataras boyfriend.
katara would act shocked and hurt anc make sure aang had nothing to worry about.

either that or aang accepts haru and katara together for katara's sake... none too happy about it though. haru makes a move on katara and she makes it clear that she cant like him that way... haru then understands the connection between kataang and hints at either katara or aang that the fellings are not unrequited.

That's the thing, we've had quite alot of kisses I think something slightly different would make the moment more special.

Actually this is one of the issues I have with the writing this Season is that this is supposed to be the final battle and yet they're not acting like it. Everyone seems so cheery still...If this was going to be one of the last days that you could live you would think they would be more serious.

In any case, since we know "Kataru" is a no-go, (sorry Katara/Haru fans!) stuff like this isn't important in of itself. It's either going to be used as fodder to develop Kataang or Zutara, or it means nothing ship-wise.

But it was nice to see The Boulder again. It always seemed like he was a more decent than Xin Fu, way back during The Blint Bandit.
