I'm asuming you mean that Ozai won't give Zuko's honor back . . .

I hope eventually Zuko realizes his honor was something his father could never take away - honor is something you have for yourself.

^ Nicely said.
When Zuko cut his hair, didn't that mean that he dropped out of the family or something along those lines? Why would he want, or be wanted, to go home?

Thtas what Im wondering, Kana....
If Zuko understand in all this second season that his family is not what he wishes........ And the so raw way in which its sister betrayed him in the beggining..............
Zuko was in understanding with all of that, and what he said to Katara in the cathacombs add a lot of points to that......
But then; he did that stupid thing helping his sister...... It was so rare..........
I think that he has a plan................. Because If is not that, I don' know what to think.

yeah i agree, luthien. honor isn't something someone else can take. you only lose it when you stop caring if you have it or not. so the only person that could take zuko's honor away from him is...well, zuko. hmm well, i suppose it was just him holding on to something he didn't want to let go of...sounds familiar .

XD
Meanwhile Aang has to let go his dream of to obtain the love of Katara.
Zuko must let go his dreams of to obtain the love of his father.
You mean that?

hahahahaha
I was posting something in a latin foro and I found this: (do you remember this?) "A fortune teller predicted that she will marry a very powerful bender. Will it be the Avatar, or will fate lead her in a more firey direction?"
Is funny that the episode was named as "crossroad of destiny".........
In spanish; "destiny" and "fate" are the same: destino.

Ah, I'm interested in finding out what Zuko has in store. A chance to see his father? What for? How does he expect to face his father after all those years? Wouldn't he know by now that his reception back into the Fire Nation won't be a "warm" one? (It'll be fiery!)

It will be so fiery, why else would they say it?
I think I have seen that before, in the Avatar magazine I believe.
I agree, Ursa. After his talk with Katara in the catacombs, epsecially about his mark, that he can be free to chose his own destiny, and also about his mother. I know Zuko Alone was sorta a filler to some people, but I think Ursa will be a major part of season three, and with Zuko.
I have heard that Zuko will look for his mother in season three. Depending why Ursa left, he will most likely have to leave the Fire Nation and the rest of his evil family behind.

Remember what Azula said in the season finale? She says that Zuko could rebuild his honor on his own. That was surprising and she said something that might lead to her downfall it is a big mistake

I hope that Zuko rejects his father, Azula and her posse not because dad won't restore his honor or ever love him but because he just can't abide the actions of cruelty his nation is inflicting upon others. It would cheapen Zuko's conversion to good if it was purely because Ozai rejected him. I want Zuko to reject Ozai and his principles wholly and completely. ^ Yeah, when Zuko fully choses a side it should be for good and he should be sure that he is doing the right thing. ( if you read the description of CrossRoads of Destiny on the NIck site, it says at the end something along the lines of " Zuko looked away with an unsure look on his face" or something like that. Nick.com isn't working for me at the moment so I can't check. )
