hunny, im not done yet ... it doesnt get better with time, i have the talent i just tend to rush into getting it done cause i like getting a reaction from you guys... I noticed you know html and css eh? I intend to make a website dedicated to my avatar games using my knowledge of the 2 and a few other scripting languages ... I know html, css, javascript, xml, dhtml, c++, actionscript (in flash), and im learning java as we speak. This summer i plan on making a computer game that you can download that will be scripted in C++/OpenGL for good 3d graphics, it will be avatar based and such the only reason i havent done it yet is because i need to go out and buy Microsoft Visual C++ (i know shame on me for not buying it yet ) but as for now ill stick to flash. This fall i plan on releasing my game in java that will be similar to www.runescape.combtw if you guys have any suggestions (other than making the stick figures into people ) tell me and i would be happy to implement them into the game

Thats impressive. Just the background could have been less pixaly. Thats all I saw wrong with it.

I hope you'll make the background and scenery larger, like more worlds and stuff (Which you can easily do ;D) But I hope that...
1)He can bend to his left as well. 2) We will learn new moves 3)The movement is very framy but I don't mind. You are a pro@

ok... imma explain a couple problems in the game youve pointed out...
the reason the reason the background image is distorted is because i have to use a smaller image (like a 200 x 200 jpg) to use instead of one that would look better because it makes the file size alot bigger (5 times bigger to be exact).
the reason the moves are framey (hopefully your talking about "him" and not the "elements because i tried to make the elements animation flow as evenly as i could without making it excessive) are because what i do is i made him out of lights and a circle right, then i grouped it as an image and made copies and pasted them in the same spot. Then i used whats called the "Transform tool" to drag the vertecies of the lines to the new positions. I would do a couple pictures to get him from one stance to the next and then i would either a) make new images to get him back to the original position, or b) just skip that and move onto the animation part.
Animation: What i do is on the timeline i set a place object on the first frame for the 1st picture, then a remove object on the 5th of that picture. Then a place object on the fifth frame and a remove object on the 10th frame of the next and so on and so forth. Then if i didnt have images to get him back to his position, when i get to the top picture i just continue on the next set of frames with the image before the top. then so on back down to the bottom... its not really as complicated as it seems but hey, ill spend a lil more time hims movements from now on k?...
*features to come*: -Bending to the left -learn new moves -jump -health bar -a shop (just to buy like a medic kit or somthing like that
ill try to do it as soon as possible without rushing so that it looks half decent
btw: sorry but imma wait till the very end to make them into actual characters...

Hmm, I don't suppose you have ever heard of MUGEN? It is a program used to create fighting games like Street Fighter. You can find just about anything in it, it has the ability to replicate bending really well, unfortunately, I am not very good at drawing graphics in that style. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M.U.G.E.NThis may be a good way to do a fighting game without having to write all the programming yourself. this isnt a bad start though, most games start off this simplistic but slowly get better and better. I am confident you can do it though

Hm..What exactly did you mean by that?^ I LOVED this game. I hope that we can actually do damage soon. ;D I give karma to you, for this game is truly genius. Is there any way you can make it 2-player? That would be cool too.. But for now, *salutes* karma! Maybe you can sell it to Nick.
