Here is another thing I don't understnad. They are suing Youtube because people are uploading videos of Avatar. What about the other video web sites. Besides It's not like we steal anything from them they are just videos mostly music videos of shippings and certain character(s). It's not like we are claiming Avatar as our own and I do believe that copying something and saying it's your own is illegal. But it's different the way we do it.
