I think I am getting to used the way Book 3 is going I am not even interested in Book 1 anymore. I just get the craving to watch a certain episode. But I am too lazy to pop in the DVD for one episode.

Book 3 is so far the best, until something happens in it and then I begin liking season 2 or 1 the best.

Like Nand, I can't really vote until I see all of Season 3. I can, however, list in sequence how I thought about each half of each book: Best to worse: Book 2, second half Book 3, first half Book 2, first half Book 1, second half Book 1, first half I expect the second half of Book 3 to top that list when it airs. I have to agree with that

I voted the second book, I dont know why but the episodes felt longer and more interesting, I didnt become an avatar fan until i watched the second book. During Book1 it was just a silly cartoon to me, then when book 2 came i started liking it more.

I'd have to say season one, though season three isn't finished yet. Season one was the one that had all the most important information in it. I mean the Seige of the North, was one of the best episode better.

All of my favorite episodes are still in the first season... it's just too good to beat!

Based on what I've seen of season three, I get the feeling that it is going to continue to be my favorite season so far. It's probably because I'm a sucker for character conversion, and I can't wait to see Zuko and Aang meet each other again.

Season two--better pacing and plotlines. Season three has been mostly filler until now.

I prefer season 3. The fire nation always fascinated me and to learn more about it and Ruko's past was amazing. Aang was also acting more mature in this season and a lot of the characters have gotten some well needed character development.

I love all of the seasons equally, though I have more favorite episodes in Book 2 than the others. Aaaand in terms of season premiers and finales, Book 1 has my heart.

This poll is VERY unfair. We're all very hyped up about season 3 since it airing, and mosted of us have watched to many season 1 and 2 reruns to vote for it right now. Besides, season 3 isn't even nearly finished.
Season 1 was very good, but season 2 was epic. Season 3 have some good episodes, some great episodes, and some bad episodes. My leats favorite eps. so far have been in this season, but some of my fav. eps. have also been in this season.
Personly, I like season 2 the best.

As things are going, it is shaping up to be season three, but I'll leave full judgment till all of the episodes of it are out. Between season one and two, I enjoyed season two more, as it had better action, comedy, character development, and story telling.

Hard to decide. All I can say for sure is, definitely NOT Book 3.

For right now, Book Two definitely. To me Book Three had a pretty weak first ten episodes aside from a few exceptions. (Sokka's Master, The Avatar and the Fire Lord, The Puppet Master) The last three episodes have been pretty good, but they're not that surprising, we knew the Invasion would fail and that Zuko would try and join the Gaang after all. Hopefully the next nine episodes prove me wrong and Book Three far out-shines Book Two.
