Well, not really. The honchos (Spielberg, Hanks, etc.) are doing a follow-up about the Pacific campaign, called, you guessed it, The Pacific. Link below. I don't know about you guys, but I'm A. I have the Band Of Brothers DVD Box set, one of the most awsome mini series i have ever watched, i like when the vets talk about there experiances, Garnire was my favorite and also Mjr, twig Winters hes cool. So yeah i hope its good i wil watch it...
It looks like it has the same directors/Producers, i hope its good

I have that DVD Box set, and will go on a marathon watching spree about twice a year. It's excellent.
I hope the follow up for the Pacific front doesn't fail. It would be hard to produce as cohesive as a story there (?)

if its off a stephen ambrose book it will be good, i suggest you band of brothers fans read teh book it has more details and battles not covered in the series one of my favorites.

I read it a while ago, its great. Anyway, this Pacific Series is going to take years to ever materialize.

I agree, they served there country people need to know what it was like to be there,
I actually had a dream about a week ago that i saw a commercial for this and i told my dad and he then pulled it out of his backpack that he tackes to work and said "yeah, i know, i got it"
