I agree all those shows had so much potential and lots of life left in them but freaking cartoon network kept puting them on the worst time slot and they hardly ever advertised and they shlashed shows that wheren't even in them prime end rand.

They were great shows all of which makes the newer DC cartoon look pale in comparison (i'm looking at you legion of super heroes)

Your more than welcomed to do that Anna
Starcrossed is my favorite episode of the Justice League. It has an excellent plot and great character development. Plus Batman ramming the Watchtower onto the Thanagarian base is one of the best Batman momments ever.

its a real shame what happened to batman beyond, got killed too soon. I liked Batman the animated series, it totally trumps the batman in my opinion.

Batman Beyond was great though I think it was too far of a reach for younger kids (under 13).
The movie (batman beyond) was totally twisted up and dark especially what they did to the Tim Drake character. So much so they had to release an edited version in the US.

Batman Beyond was a little depressing for me. I've always seen it as an alternate reality rather then the set Batman future. Because it kind of sucks that even after all the times he's save the world Bruce ends up alone.

They had a weird follow up Batman Beyond ep in the Justice League cartoon. While the twist kinda made sense it really didn't serve purpose other than allowing the Batman/Wayne Legacy to continue.

I'm such a huge fan of all of these shows. Return of the Joker is one of my favorite movies of all time and Batman Beyond, while it terrified me when I first heard about it, turned out to be a really great show.
Did anyone here ever watch the Zeta Project? It was a spin off of Batman Beyond and, I really like it, but I haven't really come across anyone else who's ever watched it.

I watched it but couldn't really connect with the main characters.

As a diehard fan of DC (mainly Batman) I've gotta say that Batman the Animated Series and Beyond were probably exceptionally stellar in keeping close to a comic book style while being very innovative. JL/JLU er, not so much. I wasn't too impressed with many of the episodes (though some of the eps had some serious innuendo).
Flash: Girls love me. I'm the fastest man in the world after all. Hawk girl: Maybe that's why you can't get a date... (walks off) Flash: ...Heeeey!!
Definitely not for children. And Superman TAS...well, I just plain don't like Superman. The occassional cross overs with Batman were very good though.
(On a side note, did anyone perchance happen to watch Static Shock?)

I loved Batman TAS and Batman TNA and Superman wasn't too bad. Tim Daily rocked as Superman, it sucks that they couldn't get him to play Superman in the Justice League. I think that Justice League Season 2 and Justice League Unlimited Season 2 contained some of the best superhero animated awesomeness ever.
