At first, I was discouraged by some pretty negative reviews by some "professional" reviewers like GameSpot, but now I am glad I spent the fifteen dollars.
This game does make me wonder if I suck at video games since it's challenging for me on casual mode.
Either way, I encourage any true fan to pick this one up on consoles or the PC.

Wow, those reviews are pretty mean, but I'm glad you're enjoying it! For the challenging parts, is it because of things like attack timing, or camera views? Anyway, the graphics look nice. I'm gonna see if there's a demo available for the PS3, otherwise I'm waiting to learn more about the 3DS version, A New Era Begins. All I can really find out is that the gameplay is similar to Fire Emblem, which is enough to grab my interest. Apparently it comes out Oct. 28.

It's only $15 on Steam which I presume is the price tag for the consoles. And the GameSpot reviewer was probably just being overly negative to get people to read the article. Most "professional" blogs aren't really trustworthy anymore. More moderate reviews do say there tends to be issues with the cameras and fighting. This game, from what a few have said on the Steam discussion page, resembles Platinum Games' own Beyonetta franchise. I am currently on the Spirit World level and these bosses they have you fighting is a little hard to see because the arena is very small and confined. If Platinum makes a sequel, I hope they go the route of Batman: Arkham City and make it open world.

Well to be sure the game isn't a triple-A production and has its fair shair of problems. As it stands I feel that if it wasn't an Avatar game I wouldn't recommend it.
However being able to play as Korra and fighting classic foes makes it worth the price of admission to me. The biggest problem is the Camera angle and the light platforming I think. That and the lack of counter indicators from late game enemies.

Honestly, I'm a little mad that the 3DS version is twice as expensive as the console/PC version, although at least you can play as the other characters. Still, I think I'll wait until there's a price drop.
Aw, camera problems are frustrating, but $15 ain't bad. The bending certainly looks fun, and the new animated clips are nice too. Maybe I'll get this one instead.
