I'm thehoodedspirit, I was formerly known as airbender01 on this site about 5 years ago. Since I can no longer use my former profile, might as well say hello.
I have been an ATLA fan for years, kinda started TLOK…all I'll say is I like Jinora and Kai (and their shipping), and learning air-bending techniques and the culture.
I am currently doing pre production for my ATLA fan fiction, (thus my username) ATLA: The Hooded Spirit- The GAng visit a distant village that is terrorized by a new group of pro-war Firebenders and receive help from an elusive person that hides in the shadows. It takes place about 3 years after Fire Lord Ozai's defeat and Zuko is crowned Fire Lord.
So yeah, hello to all and those you know me as airbender01, good to be back.

Hello, great to see a fresh new face even if it was from this past August, I hope you continue to use this site because it has become severely lonely here with just myself, ILZ, and Musogato. Recommend your friends too, because we cannot let this forum die.

Well I can't say i'm completely surprised the site is as quiet as it is but it still feels wierd seeing how empty it is here. Even in season three there was a consistent discussion through the episodes!
In fact I remember back during the original series just how much activity there was here. I wonder where everyone went?

Hey there HoodedSpirit, welcome back and good luck with your story! The premise sounds interesting, I hope you'll let us know when you've got chapters posted. As for the forum's quietness, ATLA's end and the long break before LOK began is hard to recover from. Times changed, people got older with new responsibilities and interests, and LOK was not everyone's cup of tea. Even though these later seasons are much better, it's tough to get the ball rolling and keep it going. Personally, I've been having trouble keeping up with the Korra episodes since they moved online. Nick.com's video player/advertiser hates my browser set-up, and the frame-rate's pretty bad on my tablet. I only caught up on Book 3 because it aired on Nicktoons.

Nicktoons Network just aired an advertisement for the premiere of Book 4. The Legend of Korra is back on television.

YES! Thank you for the heads up! Looks like it's Nov. 28th, which is way sooner than I thought it would be. I'm glad they're not waiting until the season is over, like how they did with Book 3.
