I someday want to see an Indiana Jones esque animated movie about the Avatar after Korra going on a expedition to find out more about the very first avatar. Perhaps find out more about energybending as well.

Yeah, that would be really cool. I would love to learn about what started the Avatar cycle. Or when their bending of the elements came into play, since (at least with earthbending/Oma and Shu) it seems to have begun with nature and the local people rather than the Avatar.
