Dark Skinned Citizens of the Avatar World

Hey everyone,

The only dark-skinned person I'd ever known to exist in the Avatar world was Guru Pathik. But last night I was watching "The Serpent's Pass" and I noticed the littlest Avatar impersonator on the far left. Check it out for yourself:

Does anyone know of any other dark-skinned citizens in the Avatar world? If anyone has screen shots or the like, I'd love to see them... or even which episode and where they can be seen would be great.

Those are the only two I've noticed, but if I see anymore I'll be sure to post! And I love that screenshot. XD
