When I saw that on Imdb, I was like "uuhhh?" I'm still not sure, but I will give it a chance. He's funny and he might actually want to break away from the funny with being the bad guy. Who knows?

I keep getting him and the actor who plays Ozai mixed up. DX We shouldn't be seeing Ozai's face, so maybe that'll help.

I have to say, that is just the funniest cartoon. I love it. It's like the user on these forums (the name escapes me) with The Daily Show icon, of Zhao punching the fish. Pure genius. nymphadora, we actually WILL be seeing his face. (And, I totally mix them up, too.) In fact, we already HAVE seen him. He's in all the promotional pictures. He seems to be a major player, and so unfortunately, his face won't be shrouded in dark secrecy until Book 3. =] (Especially when considering he rules from the Bank of America.) Seriously, have you SEEN the place? Those WALLS? They've totally gone big business on us. *sniffle, tear* Fire Nation, Inc. - formerly the kick-butt imperialistic empire of Avatar: The Last Airbender. It was nice knowing you. ='[

Aw man, I always loved how they hid his face. I haven't active gone searching for clips and pictures, so I don't really know what's out there. I don't know what you mean about Bank of America though. ;-)

The guy's acting was decent but as Commander Zhao, he didn't pull off one bit. He was like the complete furthest away from being Commander Zhao as possible. Not his fault but very sad.

I'm really surprised that they showed him drowning on screen, that's..... just, omgwut. It just completely flabbergasts me.

Even though I think I heard about it, I didn't actually expect to see it. @musogato, you have the wonderful icon I was talking about. XD nymphadora, if you've seen the movie, you'll notice that the Fire Nation palace just looks so...corporate. Like a bank, almost. Nothing like a warlord's palace.

i really didn't like this guy...he wouldn't have even made a good extra in the background.....he just came off as very stalker-ish creepy.. and the loooong pause'd "yessss" after ozai asked him a question....verry terrible...i actually laughed from how unconvincing it was...

noble: Heh, it's all Keith's genius. There's another great icon with Steven Colbert as the Earth King and a celebrity cast (yes, including Morgan Freeman as Appa), but it has swear words on it so I can't use it here. *pouts* I need a censored version of it, haha. I'm curious why he played Zhao so hammy, though. Apparently he's played straight-up serious roles before (including Jericho which I don't remember him being in at all), so... Although, with the script as ridiculous as it was, (Was one of his lines really "I've made progress in my research of the library, which almost no one believed existed"?), perhaps it was already too late.
