Thank you so much! *karma*
Now, this pen tool, is it just a pen? I mean, is it anything like the pencil tool on Paint (my only expertise in computer art) where you control it with your mouse, or does it have more functions?

*totally had to open up paint to check* XP
No, the one I'm talking about is the curvy line tool, but I'm pretty sure it would be better and easier to use in a more advanced program. Again, I'm not familiar with Gimp, but just about every program I've used (photoshop, paint shop pro, flash, illustrator) has a bezier line tool, even if its not called that.
The nice thing about a tool like that, is you get the best control with a mouse, I think it'd be awkward to try and use it with a tablet.

I've seen a lot of siggies and avatars with sparkles... I guessthat's what you call them, Im not sure exactly what to call them, but theyre kind of shimmery? I just got Photoshop Elements 6 for Christmas (more meant for photo editing, but still good for stuff like icons) and Id like to find out what kinds of cool things you can do so, if anyone actually understood what I just said , a tutorial on sparkliness would be appreciated

I don't know if this is so much of a tutorial request, but it's sort of related.
Okay. So I read some tutorials, and I sort of got the hang of things, for the most part. But I have no idea what to do or where to get like templates, I guess thats what you call them. Things that you add as a layer and you screen it or use a soft light on it. I'm not sure what they're called. But like where do you get all of those? Do you make them yourself?

Is there a tutorial on Drawing Naruto-style, Kishimoto style?
Is there a tutorial on arms (shoulder to wrists) and legs (top of calves down to toes)?
And a tutorial on cloth and shading would be nice.
