Yeah, I practically had a heart attack when I found out about this one. I'm hoping that we'll get a Layton-esque game, where the anime cutscenes are placed at strategic points throughout the storyline, and not another Tales kind of game where the only animated scenes you get are at the very beginning and end of the game.
Professor Layton was a great game, and the cutscenes were really charming, but the story was probably the weakest thing about it (still worth buying used, though, to anyone reading this who hasn't played it). If this Level 5/Ghibli partnership produces the results we're all dreaming about, this game will be huge.
(I hope that the console [singular] that IGN mentioned it's releasing for is the Wii. Sounds fanboyish, but I really hope they don't go all 360 on us in the big push for more JRPGs on the system.)

I'd just like to see some decent 3rd party support on the Wii.
In any event, sounds compelling. I'd certainly like to buy it.

I'd just like to see some decent 3rd party support on the Wii. There is a second No More Heroes game, and some other 3rd parties that might be good.
