ROFL, she wouldn't do that. It just doesn't suit her character. Ahahaha I know! OKAY STORY TIME OF RAGE. So, I was browsing ff.net looking for awesome stories, and I found Blood and Tears by Caeria. It was quite awesome until I hit Chapter 3, which was an A/N saying that the story will never be finished. I raged so hard. )':

Maybe someone should message her and ask to adopt it? Finish it?

Maybe someone should message her and ask to adopt it? Finish it? Some people have in the reviews, but it seems like she is dead (or hasn't checked her reviews ever.) ):

I hate it when authors do that. *is so not guilty of that herself, EVER* >.> WHAT!? I respond to reviews. I just have been known to abandon a fic from time to time. I usually at least send the reviewers a message and tell them why - usually because I want to incorporate it into a new fic. It could be worse, though, right? Also, hi. This would be my first post. ETA: On the subject of Stormbenders...I read it. It has its moments. But I do not believe it to be the end-all, be-all of Zuko/Katara fic.

Hello there! =D
On Stormbenders, I remember I liked it originally, but as the fic went on I started not to care. I honestly don't remember much of it now - I read too much fanfiction.
And speaking of abandoned fics - there are so many abandoned fics on my favorites list, it's quite sad. )':

Hello! It's always nice to see new Zutarians here. I never read fanfiction anymore unless it's completed. I can't stand it when fics are abandoned - or worse, deleted. Some of my favorites have been deleted with no notice. Stormbenders was one of my first of only a few Zutara chapter stories. I've never even read a capture fic. But honestly, fanfiction takes a lot of effort sometimes and I just don't feel like it anymore.

Guess what guys? My Human Communications book has a whole paragraph on the Zuko and Katara lol!! And it goes like this:
Emphatic Listening Think of someone whom you would describe as a "good listener". chances are, you've thought of someone who allows you to communicate your feelings and is sensitive, caring, and open receiver of your messages. When we engage in emphatic listening, we are attempting to know how another person feels. It involves listening to people with openness, sensitivity, and caring. empathic listening can provide emotional support for someone in need or comfort someone when tragedy or disappointment has stuck. For example, on the animated TV series Avatar: The Last Airbender, archenemies Zuko and Katara are trapped in crystal catacombs underneath the city of Ba Sing Se. Their communication after this revelation is dynamic as each begins to understand and emphasize with each other's story. Listening gives them insight and compassion for each other -- at least for a little while!
seriously it woke me up after reading this horribly boring book. I laughed really hard in my mind. Especially since it was detailed-ish I mean the author didn't have to say crystal catacombs or Ba Sing Se but they did, so it makes me wonder how big of a fan the person was that they wanted to include it in my HComm book. Anyways thought it was something funny to share and maybe talk about (I'll probably disappear so sorry @__@)

LOL My textbook is not cool, at all. It uses so many "modern" refs (from simpsons to pride and prejudice to starbucks to tom cruise jumping on oprahs couch)I think I shot myself. I think the authors are trying to hard to be cool and appeal to college students but it doesn't work.... That "zutara" bit was the only thing that made me go *GRUMBLE* -->> I'M LEARNING CHIZZ!!!!

It taught me that some shippers are crazy, and to not fall in that category. Hahaha! We're kind of down to just the normal shippers now which is kind of a relief. I'm experiencing ship wars all over again in iCarly - they are seriously as bad if not worse than Kataang v. Zutara. And I'm like "Wow this is stupid."
