The colors are a little....wow. Over all nice I suppose...
One major rule: Make sure you have at least three threads in every board before you start inviting members! It makes your forum look bad if you have zero posts in your boards. People probably won't start threads/post if nobody else is! Make your staff post a lot so that it looks somewhat active. XD
I'm not a huge fan of the layout. The red/Blue/ Tan just doesn't go...it's Okay I guess.. *Shrug*
