How much did the Northern water Tribe suffer?
I mean, it seemed like a devastating battle, with their city in almost ruins. We don't see many of the survivors since it's a main cast moment, but how much do you guys think the Northern Water Tribe suffered?
Apparently, Pakku was able to go "with other benders and healers" to the South to reopen connections and rebuild.
Does that signify that the Northern Water Tribe has a sufficient amount of their population left and a low death toll?
The show didn't present much about this during the battle, especially after the moon was gone.
So I wanna know what you guys think.

Well as seen they had some damage, from the fire being blown from the fire nation fleet of ships, but that was mostly the outer part of the city. I agree I really do wish they would have shown more of the battle. As for Pakku and the rest, well we seen all of the waterbenders, when Aang and Katara and Sokka first met them and their were probably also a lot of other plus the non benders. Pakku said he and some others we going to help rebuild the southern water tribe so yea, I think their are still a lot of people left in the northern water tribe. May not be as many waterbender.

The reason I ask is that avatar-wiki (Yes I know, a wiki can be changed) stated that the North suffered heavy civilian losses.
