Azula or Haru, they are both very flat characters...
Azula has a bit of meat to her, but her character and personality remains one trait: evil. I am not saying thats her main trait, I am saying thats her only one. And personally I find her voice actor obnoxious.
Haru is also flat and has served his pretty-boy purpose...
Sadly it is time for Iroh to go. His purpose is served, and other than that since Mako died seeing his character makes me sad, and also makes me regret the new voice actor. I understand he is trying his hardest and is working very hard, but I am sorry.. Iroh isn't Iroh without Mako. The character was rounded around Mako's voice basicly, and the new one is sort of awkward.
If you hate Toph so much I'd be glad to take her off of your hands...
I don't hate Toph or Katara. In fact, I don't really care about those two, since they're two-dimensional charaters anyway. What bothers me is that as long those two are around Aang, and are main characters, we will never get to see Aang develop into a proper fully realized Avatar. As long as Katara is around, Aang has a limit to how far he can progress as a Water Bending Master. He can never grow past Katara, as it would diminish Katara's role in the show. For example, we won't see Aang learn how to heal. Or, as seen in "The Puppet Master," Aang will not be able to get the more advanced moves; they will all go to Katara so she can still play a large role in the show. The same goes for Toph and Earth Bending. Furthermore, the creators are not going to let Aang be the best bender in every element like he should be. Instead, he will contintue to be below both Katara and Toph.
Well, unless we're talking about a finale, isn't this a good thing? I don't want to be following an all-powerful Aang, that'd be very uninteresting.

Mai and Jin. I found Jin to be the most pointless character ever in the series. However, she brought out dorky Zuko in the Tales of Ba Sing Se, so I'll give her props for that. And I just find Mai to be very dull.

I wouldn't say wish but i think it would have been very interesting if Katara and Sokka's father was killed. I don't why but it would have been interesting to see how Sokka would react. We saw Katara's anger fueled by her mother's death who i assumed she identified more with than her father. It would be interesting to see if Sokka would go down a similar path.
